Hey guys, I'm constantly rummaging through lots of recipes online looking for something new and delicious. My biggest frustration is finding one that sounds good only to find that I dont have the ingredients to make it. I have a ton of flavors already, but there is almost always *something* I'm missing.

Is there any program or web database that you know of that will allow you to search for recipes based on what you have in stock at home already? That or even type a vendor like Cappella's and it will give you recipes heavy on their flavors?

If there's nothing around, I may end up making this myself. (Not promising anything, busy life and all) I know I would find it incredibly useful and I'm sure others would too.

My wishlist:
- Add your flavors and get a list of compatible recipes (sorted by percentage of flavors you have on hand)
- Search recipes by vendor (for majority of ingredients in the recipe)
- Give you a list of most needed flavors based on what you have and what flavors are most popular

I would seperate flavor and brand, in the database you'd use. But guessing you had thought about that yourself.
I don't mind substituting flavors from a different vendor. A lot of mine come from Inawera, as if anyone here ever uses Inawera.

Also if you allow user input, it would be best to give them premade inputs, so there won't be ten banana (bananna, banaana, bana, etc.) the same goes for the brand names (TPA, TFA, PA, Perf. Appr. etc)

It's indeed really annoying going through lots of recipes just to find one I have the right flavors for. Even more annoying if I have to click every recipe, on a site or in a database, seperately just to see if I've got the right ingredients or not.

Search Str8v8ping in the recipe section and you will find capellas lol .

Most people use flavorings from different brands in their recipes . I have over 100 flavors and i still have a hard time finding a recipe with all flavoings i have and when i do it usually ends of being a crappy recipe . I just work on making my own now after making a bunch of crappy premade recipes . Its more fun making your own anyway . WIth the bad ones i tried i learned to only post the recipes i make that are really really good and thoroughly tested ,well imo .

Btw dont use the recipes on goumetvapors site . All the ones i tried suck badly .

Well, if they have one for food....it shouldn't be too hard to make one for e-liquid.

I would like to see one user friendly....without hundreds of options. Yeah...it's a little work on our part....but I don't mind putting a little effort in to it after the countless hours I have on here researching DIY. :)

Punch in the flavors you have...and let a search engine do the work and bring up all compatible recipes. We should be able to look at our flavors and know if we have enough to make a mix.....so I'm not too worried about that part.
