"Must have" flavorings

Diving in the world of diy, I've seen a ton of recipes that look amazing. There are, however, a few different ingredients used in most of them.

I imagine you can almost categorize flavorings per recipe as a base flavor, a supplementing flavor, and a "secret ingredient" if you will. Like, a cream flavor is used in several recipes, some as a supplement and others as a "really? That's what was missing when I tried!"

So I ask to all of you diy'ers, what flavorings are always in your arsenal? Which ones are you consistently using for many different recipes, as supplementing and secret ingredients?

Enhancement additives:

AP for a nutty taste
EM (cotton Candy) to add body and thickness
Sweetener to add sweetness
koolata to add coolness
Between this llist and Heabob... only one I would add is a Sour of some sort but partly it depends on the kinds of juices you like. If it is dessert, these lists are great but if it is Fruits and drinks... wrong road completely.

I actually tend to use the Cotton Candy or Honeysuckle as a sweet. So far, I haven't had to use any extra sweet in my juices. I like mints so for me, I need a good candy cane.
