I’ve searched – but can’t seem to find these recipes anywhere on here… Forgive me if they are! I’d like to be able to use unflavored juice and Scubabatdan's eJuice Calculator v6 to make these…. (Not pre mixed, store bought juice)

Specifically, I’m looking for:
Tennessee Flu Cured
TW’s Generic Tobacco that they prefill the carts with. (Yes, I actually like it! But it’s not their Tobacco juice!)

Any ideas?

If you havent seen this thread yet check it out, I think somone in there was using alternates beside tobbaco absolute:

Hope that helps.

Do you mean Johnson Creek Tennessee Cured?

I've been trying to come up with the taste of their old formula. So far I've only gotten close on one batch but unfortunately lost my notes, so I have to keep trying.

Here's one recipe for Johnson Creek (Original), directions are for VG but supposed you could use PG if needed. MY RECIPE IS POST #9For a closer to Tennessee Cured, take out the Hazlenut and use Vanilla instead. Give it a try. It's the closest thing to the old formula I could come up with. This is a from-scratch recipe, with tobacco absolutes and caramel/hazelnut flavorings, Ethyl Maltol, and VG.
We should have a Stickey just for recipes, getting hard to find!

Or, just go to the DIY threads and look for Johnson Creek.

Dan - did you figure this out to be another hint/push for your database? ;-)
Max - yup - that's the one I'm looking for
Kate - looks yummy, I actually scanned through that thread and missed your information - committed to a downloaded file now... Thanks!

LOL look at my ejuice calculator post (not the sticky) I posted a screen shot of the database. I am getting closer.

Skubabatdan, I downloaded an e-juice calculator from Cignot the other day, was that your invention? They sure make life easier, must say.

The original I first started using was a web based version ejuice web calculator by Todd Muller, but I needed it at times I could not get to the internet. So I made a portable version in Excel and then just kept adding onto it as people suggested things that could improve it. But if it is the one in my sig link then yes I created the Excel version of it.
Glad you like it

Yes I do very much! The Todd Meuller one is the one I use to pay forward, just simpler for a beginner. Very Valuable.

Kate, I used a generic unflavored ejuice and used a variation of your tobbaco recipe:

Here is the recipe I use for a best tobbaco flavor I have gotten:

8.5ml 80/20 PG/VG nic base
1/2 ml of the Tobacco Mix, or 20 drops
1/2 ml of the Ethyl Maltol Mix, or 20 drops
1/4 ml of Caramel Cappella flavoring, or 10 drops
1/4 ml of Hazelnut Cappella flavoring, or 10 drops.

Tobbaco Mix:
2 drops tobbaco absolute + 10ml Everclear or 100 Proof vodka
Ethyl Maltol Mix:
1ml Ethyl Maltol crystal + 10ml Everclear or 100 Proof vodka

Very light tan color.
The dropper I use gives me 40 drops per ml, so it works out great. Always measure your "drops" based on 1ml.

Thanks for you post, very subtle nutty flavor, I have never tried the Johnson Creek Original, but LOVE this!

Thanks!
Dan

Thanks much!
Not having any Johnson Creek Original left to do a side-by-side comparison it is a very pleasant vape. My main objective was to get back to my "purist" nature and use tobacco-based flavoring and then enhance with the nutty caramel for mildness. There's a corner of my house that kind of gathers any scented molecues of air, whether it's a spray of flowers, or candle perfumes, or my "JC", and it is reminiscent of JC to a T.
I think it hits pretty close to my taste memory of JC Original. It is just a good using a 15% volume for flavorings, and using the e juice recipe calculator makes that extremely easy and accurate. Thanks to you for that!
At 20% it hits more between the JC Original and Tennessee Cured, but the cured without the Vanilla. So a bit of flavor variance would take care of that as well, i.e., a little more tobacco, little less nut and add a bit of vanilla. After using this formula for about three weeks, have had none of the usual trouble with my 801 atomizer clogging, that was kind of a JC unwanted trademark for awhile. Especially with their "sweet" flavors. I have a feeling the ECOpure Krystal has something to do with that, it is very clean vaping.
Long live DIY!
