Hey guys,

Ive been loving my tanks much more lately just because of ease of use i guess...
I only use rdas for taste testing and such...
But i was thinking maybe make the jump over to rta since i love my subohm tanks and rtas are basicly both a rda and a tank combined would seem something i love and saves me the troubles of finding coils...
Im new at rebuildables can some one recommand me a very easy to build rta?
Is the dead rabbit v3 rta good for beginner?
And flavor is important to me,very...
oh and easy to get rtas because rtas like the Blaze is pretty much impossible for me to find here in europe cant even find it in webshops

Sorry long post i just dont wanna buy crappy one as my first time

I don't know about the v3, but I learned on a v1 Dead Rabbit and had no problems. The posts are very similar in all the DRs, with one pair of gold and one pair of silver. You connect a gold and a silver for each coil. In the beginning, I recommend using precoiled wire. That way you don't have to worry about getting the coil to the right resistance. Since the DR is a dual coil, the resistance will be half the resistance of each coil. Once you get building down pat, then you can buy your wire and learn to make your own coils for pennies.

I usuall buy pre made aliens or fused claptons they last so long its still cheaper but its good idea to learn from wire spool true but aliens is way to advanced for me to make and i love the taste not sure if i can go back to basic kanthal is taste big drop off?

Zivipf in Germany has all kinds of spooled wire. I've purchased wire from them as have other ECF members. They are a good company.

They have spools of fused clapton, alien, twisted clapton, regular clapton, staggered fused clapton, nuke and phantom wire.

Yes, IMO there is a huge dropoff between kanthal compared to SS316L, Ni80 or other wire types. I use SS316L and Ni80 wire. For me, kanthal has a rotten metallic taste to it.

I've searched everywhere for my flat wire now that FT have moved on, I even had a good look on Zivipf. But obviously I didn't look hard enough!!
I finally found more of the best wire in the world :w00t: 0.8mm×0.2mm Ni80 ribbon wire:thumb: NiChrome Flat Wire 0.8x0.2mm / .031*.008" - AWG 25
    Thanks Mate:wub:
