I'm going to be getting some dental work done soon. In the meantime, I have to deal with excruciating pain, barely relieved by 20% benzocain, which is made all the worse by any moderate suction in my mouth. And after the work, I'll have to avoid high suction as well, so I don't unclot the spot where my tooth was.

As such, I need something that has a really light draw on it, or at least lighter than anything I have right now, otherwise I end up with pain that makes me want to bash my face in.

What would you recommend? (aside from getting my teeth fixed, LAWL)

I would reccomend just not vaping for the 24 hours after the extraction as required by your dentist :)

you do not want to .... with a dry socket
I second this. Do NOT vape, use a straw, or anything that causes you to use suction for at least 48 - even better, 72 hours after the dental work. Use a nicotine patch if you must - or the inhalable nicotine, but NO suction in your mouth at all. I had four bone impacted wisdom teeth cut out several years ago and they all four went dry socket because I foolishly smoked, (suction), afterward. You do NOT want that. It was the most miserable 2 weeks of my life afterward and I have had some really nasty pain to deal with in my life. You just do not want to go there - trust me on this. Avoid ALL suction for 48 hours after the procedure- 72 hours would be even better if you can.

Pain and NOT being able to vape in order to forget about the pain? That is going to be difficult :(
Nevertheless, if you must vape and you want the lightest draw, Janty's NEO pureomizer is what you need... It is by far the PV with the lightest draw I have ever tried. Use it with manual batts for even more loose draw...

I agree that not vaping would be the best idea.
That being said I had a wisdom tooth extracted about a month ago. I vaped as soon as I left the dentist. Kept the gauze packed in the hole. Used a Cisco 306 atty. The Cisco's are the lightest draw I have come across. The 510 attys have an easy draw too. (If you get a 306 you will also need a 306 drip tip)
