Recommendations for a good regulated box mod and sub ohm tank setup?

So I've been dripping for a while now, however ever since one of my friends got a sub ohm tank and box mod, I fell in love with it and I'd like my own now. I would like it to be at least capable of going up to 75 watts, I'm also kind of on a budget. Since I don't know a lot about box mods and sub tanks, ease of use and price are the 2 main things I'm looking for.

The IPV4 is a good comfortable fit in the hand too....also has Temp Control..

Get a Sigelei or ipv. They aren't sexy, but are well made and reliable. Sigeleis have more durable finishes. Both have just kept chugging along for me.

Honestly, I don't really trust my istick 50Ws. Time will tell, but so many issues reported. Its too bad because they are so comfortable to hold, and I love using them while I'm driving.

Just keep in mind that the Kbox as well as these dual battery IPV and Sigelei mods don't allow USB charging meaning of you don't have one already, you will have to include a charger and married batteries in your budget.

IPV4 does indeed have a port for a 9v charger.. A generic type charger with the right pin can be had at Best Buy for under $20.. Personally I don't use a charger because batts are so easy to swap out...just sayin

For the mod I'd say IPV or Sig. I'd suggest at least 80 watts. The Istick 50 has too many bugs. If you want cheap I'd rather get a Smok Xpro M80 Plus. Some had issues but I rather have it than the Istick. I've had both. For the tank it depends on what you want. Subtank Mini is nice but you don't get a lot of vapor production. For great flavor and a lot of vapor I'd suggest a Herakles. Also I like the Starre. Atlantis 2 and Arctic create lots of vapor but to me the flavor is muted. If you want a RTA I'd suggest the Goliath

To help eliminate any more confusion with the Kanger products before things spiral out of control:

  • The Kanger SUBOX is a kit that includes a KBOX Mini and a SUBTANK Mini
  • The KBOX Mini is a 50W device that includes mico-USB charging
  • The standard, original, KBOX is a 40W device that does not include USB charging
  • A cursory Google search does not list any vendor selling the KBOX Mini outside of the SUBOX kit

I have a sigelei 150 and a ipv3, have both the kanger subtank plus and atlantis v2. Love the sigelei more than the ipv but the kanger subtank + stomps the atlantis v2.
You mean the Subtank Plus is better than Atlantis 2 in regards to flavor don't you? The problem I had with Atlantis 2 is flavor just isn't there. But with the .3 coil vapor production is excellent

3 main problems with atlantis 2 cold vape even with .3 @ 80watts, flavor was lacking, and it spat juice in my mouth almost all the time. The subtank doesnt cloud like the atlantis but damn the flavor is on point. Pretty warm vape also.
