I'm new to vaping and so far the only atomizer I've used is the one that came with my vtube from Apollo. It has an absurdly large bridge on it and its very weird to use and it doesn't taste to good at all. I've been using boge cartos and my vivi nova and I absolutely love them but would like to have a recent quality atomizer around for juice testing purposes. I'm looking for a quality atty at a recent price. I'm not looking to spend $20+ on something like the hh 357. I'd rather spend around $7-10. I see so many different ones from various vendors but do not really know what I'm looking for. I usually vape my boge 3ohm cartos at 4.5v and my vivi nova 2.4ohm at around 4-4.2v if that helps at all.

I'm new as well and from recommendations on a couple of threads here on ECF, I am currently using a BetterLife dripping atty. Much better than the stock atomizers that came with my Ego starter kit or a few LR attys I tried out. And they are only $5. Eagerly awaiting my Phoenix rebuildable to try my hand at another toy.

The atty you have is a pretty good dripping atty IMO. That high bridge in it was designed for dripping, it holds a fair ammount of juice (I drip 4 drops) and keeps the little sparks from getting you. Also there is no wick under it, the atty only has the wick in the coil. So there is no need to dewick/debridge. However like most atties you need a good drip shield. I run them at just under 8 watts (4.5-4.8v)

Really? You think the stock one is a good one? The reason I don't like it is because I will put 3-4 drops in it and take a few puffs, then I get a very bad burnt taste. Figuring it needs more liquid, I will put another 2 drops in. Still get the gross taste AND it starts leaking everywhere underneath the Atty. I figured it was a cheap piece of crap atomizer. I just want something decent I can use to taste juices. Its not something I'm going to use hardly ever.

Another question, when dripping in the Atty that came with my vtube, do I want to drip directly on the high bridge? Or do i want to drip around it? I've tried both methods and still wound up with horrible results.
