Hey everyone, I've been interested in purchasing a 808 or small 510 type battery. When I first started vaping I got stung by the green nicotine machine . But what I did like was the portability of the ecig. I'm in the military and have a perfect spot to place one of those batteries in my uniform and keeps me from having to keep a larger 510 with clearos or atomizer and juice in my pocket. I want something like the volcano magma battery but with the ability to fill cartos with my own juice. Any recommendations? I just want a small ecig that will fit in my pen slots on the uniform.

Those look great. Hows the VP and TH on these with their cartos?
As far as cig form factor goes, these Volt's are about the best you'll see.

They have a sealed battery, so no worries about a few drops of e-juice destroying them and they are regulated at 3.6v so you get a consistant vape. Their cartomizers are very good. They are a horizontal bottom coil and easily fillable. Vapor production and Throat Hit will be very dependent upon what juice you use.

They are also coming out with a CE2 style tank system that gives more vapor and TH while still being the same outter dimention of the 78mm battery. The combination of the 48mm battery and the CE2 is extremly portable and provides an excellent vape.

I have a 808 G6 kit from Halo and its great. I also have some 510 cigs but I like the 808's better. I'm sure you can find some 808 kits that are cheaper than the G6 but you get what you pay for. The smaller battery size is perfect for me. I get about 3 hours of heavy vaping on a battery and use a pcc for charging. You can also get prefilled / refillable cartos from bloog, halo and other sites.

If you're looking for a cigarette sized PV the Volt is the best one out there. Smokeless Image also has possibly the best customer service in the industry and a HUGE and loyal following. After receiving your Volt post your pic in the ECF S.I. forum and receive free juice or a free battery.
P.S. I don't own a Volt but am very impressed by the PV and the company.

The volt from smokeless image is the same exact battery as the halo g6 but they sell it for less. Smokeless image is by far the most recommended mini on here. They have a customer service staff that is second to none, very quick shipping, reasonable prices, great promos and coupons and their cartomizers last a long time and tend to not burn as easy. The SI mini batteries come in 2 sizes 65mm and 78mm and last from 2 1/2 to 4 hours depending on your vaping

Here is a video demonstrating it if you are interested.

I really love the VaporNine Nebula (808) kit/system I purchased (they are also on this forum in the suppliers area too) and I highly recommend them to everyone.
I have found that the product quality as well as the customer service there to be really excellent, I even bought a kit for my son and his girlfriend I like it that much :) Their kits costs less then most of the other (comparable) 808 kits or you can buy just what you want from them separately batteries/cartomizers/chargers/eliquid/etc and they sell the blank cartos you can fill yourself. I have purchased additional batteries from them to have fun with some different colors and purchased their blank cartos to fill myself too in addition to my kit. I've tried the blank 808 cartos from some other vendors and was seriously unhappy with them in comparison to the quality of the ones I buy from them.

I've had my Volt since Wednesday,,,,,,,and I love it!!!!! I reecommend you get a kit with the personal charging case, and you are set! you'll have 2 batteries, various chargers, 5 cartos (refillable) and the PCC. Just charge it at night and off you go the next day! It will charge the 78mm 3-4 times before it needs recharging,,,,,,,I had no problems being gone the entire day using just those two batts and the PCC.

Did you take advantage of the free battery offer that Smokeless Image is running?
Just go to this thread and post a picture of you and your Volt, and they'll send you a free battery

i think the SIVOLT50 code is still good for 15% off at smokeless image. Also be sure to register on the site to start accumulating points for discounts on future offers (cannot be combined with the discount code. Keep the card they send you for the free batt contest pic because it is hard to get a good pic of the logo. they will probably send u the free batt even without a great pic.

I have 78mm Volts, Volt X2s (I use 2 650mahs with alternating juices), and a bonified APV now (a Zenesis mini).

My Volts are still my go-to batteries for when I'm out and about or at work. No way am I letting someone attempt to fire my Zenesis. I love it for my couple hour chain vape in the safety of my own home, but it's now "newb friendly" to let the folks outside smoking try it. I can also lay in bed chain vaping my X2 and not worry about it dropping or laying on it's side and leaking juice... and if something happens to one, I have others and it's only $20 to replace.

People ask if I'm sorry I started with the 78mm little ones since I've moved on to bigger (better?) things..... NOPE. I would never have started with something bigger. The minis are what got me off cigs, and I still use them if I want ultra-portable. I also lend them out for people that want to try but aren't sure. Couple filled cartos and a 78mm is "no fuss" vaping.
