It all depends on what you want for flavors. Some vendors have a flavor or three that really rocks and the others totally suck. For example there's zeus juice. I looooooove their pumpkin pie. But their ry4 sucks very badly (it has the most insane throat hit, and I have yet to see anyone vape it w/o coughing). Then you have halo. So far they seem pretty good to me, but a bit on the spendy side. They also require some "steep" time. Halo also seems to specialize in tobacco flavors.

The other stuff I'm vaping is from local vendors that don't seem to have a web presence.

I haven't tried many juices but so far Halo has been awesome. I found I have to open them for about an hour and then shake them up for a couple of days for them to get their best taste. Straight out of the bottle when you first get them can be a little bit disappointing. But if you wait a day it taste much better.

Strix Elixirs is a fairly new company but they aren't new to the business. I think a couple people from another company branched out on their own. Anyway, although they don't have the variety of some companies, i have tried nearly every flavor and haven't been dissappointed yet. Blue honey is my new all day vape! They have great sales and very reasonable prices and they pre-steep their juice so it's good to go right out of the mailbox. Shipping is super fast too.

Mt Baker is a great place to start if your new to vaping. Besides going to a brick and mortar and testing liquids, this is the next cheapest option. Although Mount Baker is decent and highly customizable, I feel like I never vape their juices in my collection. I have juices from approx 40 vendors and my favorites have been from alice in vapeland and suicide bunny. For the purpose of this debate, I have recently launched a website to vote for the top companies. It is a new website so the voting will be no use to you, but it is a great reference point to view the top 30 juice vendors. (In my opinion) The website is eliquidpoll dot com. I also recommend Halcyon vapors if you like cranberry....Great juice.

I go towards the flavor with the idea that no vendor makes only good juice. I am working on the "plain" fruit flavors. For example, I have four different blueberry-flavored juices in the mail. Same for some of the other juices. I hope to find the best, for me, in a couple of weeks.

As to cost, I watch for it but if I can find 5-6 of one flavor, that is all I need. Obviously, I do a lot of small bottles :)
