I need to get a bunch of blank KR808D-1 cartomizers and am hoping to get some recommendations as to the best place(s) to order them from. I ordered blanks from from vapornine.com and liquidxpress.com but they both sent me the type with hard tops that break when you try to remove them. I don't like refilling using the condom method, so I'd really like to find a good source for the soft caps that are easily removed and put back after refilling. Thanks for any advice.

Ben is the owner of vapornine. The turbo cartos that he sells are soft cap.

I thought vapornine's turbo cartos were soft caps as well, but I just received my order from them today and they sent me cartomizers with hard caps, glued on. I already broke 2 of them. I sent an email to vapornine's customer service asking if they no longer sell the soft caps but I haven't received a response yet.

robgold try out CigEasy.com they have blank Turbos "Gold Label" cartos with your choice hard caps or soft caps. $ 8.95 for a pack of five I've not tried their blanks but I use their Gold Label Turbos Marlboro flavor all the time and Love Them!! Last long and great vapor production. Fast shipping as well

Thanks! I just went ahead ordered a bunch from them. It's great that they give you the option of soft or hard cap so you know for sure what you are ordering.

You can also check out Vapor 4 Life. They have blank cartos that are wonderful! That have the soft cap that are easy to remove.

Awesome, thanks for the tip! I'll probably order from them as well, since they seem to have a good reputation.

After doing some more searching on this forum and on the web, I have seen many positive reviews of the vapornine turbo cartomizers which indicate that they had the soft tops. Yet the ones I received from vapornine all had the glued on hard tops. I was really disappointed when I received them, as I ordered them for a trip I am taking and I'm now stuck with cartos that are pretty much useless for me. Does anyone know why vapornine stopped selling the turbo soft tops?

That is odd...I've ordered them several times and they've always been soft cap.

I have an order that should be arriving today...I'll post back when I get them.

Please do. I received mine yesterday and was very surprised and disappointed. Admittedly, vapornine's website does not say specifically that they are soft tops, but I have read several posts that say that they have the soft caps. I was bummed because I have read really good things about them. Their website currently states that they are out of stock, so maybe I got an old batch?

This may be a stupid question from a newbie, but why don't you like filling cartos using the condom method? I've only ordered pre-filled so far, but want to start buying e-liquid and saw the Leaford video on the condom method. It seemed easy.

Hi NuGalicia. I have tried the condom method and it is definitely easy, but I am just no good at it. I end up making a mess and the cartos never seem to last very long. When I remove the end cap and drop the juice directly on the filler, I get tons more liquid in there, the cartos last much longer and I generally make no mess. That's just my own preference, however. Others may have more success with the condom method.

Hi Rob...so, my order came and guess what? All hard caps and I see what you mean about not being able to remove them...impossible. I even tried soaking the tops in boiling water...they don't budge.

Have you contacted vapornine? I just left a message asking about exchanging them.

I also don't like filling via the condom method;it is messy and I go through juice much too fast. I also prefer to see the condition of the filler.

I don't like these cartos...hope Ben gets back to me soon.

Hey NanC. I did email vapornine yesterday but as of this morning I have not heard back. I'll check again when I get home from work. An earlier post indicated that the owner is dealing with a family emergency so I'm sure that this is not his top priority right now -- quite understandably. You may want to try nhaler's Mega Blanks, as they are apparently the same as the Turbos.
