Okay so I have been using a Blu starter kit for a few weeks now and I am not impressed. It has given me tons of problems and the flavors aren't that good to me. I really want to start using a vaping device instead of the analog look a likes. Do y'all have any recommendations for a vaping starter kit that's not too expensive? Preferably under 100 bucks. Thanks!

For under $100 there are a TON of kits that you could go with. The one I would recommend would be this one Kanger Mini Protank 2 Starter Kit -VV. It is a complete kit (minus juice) and gives you everything you need to get started, plus 2 batteries so that you have a spare while one is charging. It is an awesome deal for the money and the value you get out of it.
I would also recommend picking up a bottle of VapeDojo's Blueberry Vanilla Tobacco ... it is very tasty! Oh, and don't forget some spare coils. 2.2 ohm coils are about the most flexible range available. I would suggest 1 box (5 coils about $7-8) to see if they work for you.

P.S. If you need more recommendations, try looking at the iTaste VV (but you will also need to buy tanks) and the MVP 2 also ... both would be great starter setups as well. Whatever you decide to go with, I HIGHLY recommend buying 2 batteries so that you have a backup should something go wrong (as it often does).

I would suggest on of the Kanger Evod starter kits. I would get the one with two batteries, charger, two tanks and some replaceable coil/wick assys. And of course some E-juice of your preference.
That is a good starter kit and is the path most exsmokers take.

A Halo Triton and a sample pack of their flavors will come in at around $90 before the current 10% discount, and shipping is free as well. I'm very happy and have had good success with mine, although I recommend getting the 650 mAh batteries rather than the 400s I got.
I have to second these recommendation. Well I can't comment on the juice as i havn't tried it but that kanger kit is a great deal as is the mvp2.

The Itaste vv-v3 is a good one and add a couple of the Mini Protank2's with spare wicks.
101vapes.com has the vv-v3 for $25 right now and you could get two so you have one always charged and ready to go. They are also variable voltage and variable wattage.

I just got my Kanger EVOD starter kit. I found one on EBAY that comes with a case and the 1100mAH batteries. Its the dual pack too. I am in LOVE with it. I highly recommend the EVOD starter kits, they were recommended to me when I started and I will recommend them as well. Plus you can get new Kanger atomizer heads almost anywhere that sells vaping equipemnt! That was a big deal for me, being able to get stuff like that locally if I ran out.
In the meantime, you could always refill your blu's cartridges with better juice, I did that as a goof, but it worked well enough. I popped the plunger in the end of with a corkscrew from a bottle opener, dripped in about 15 drops of e-juice, put the cap back on and voila. fwiw
Right here. This is a great starter kit, one I still currently use. I like the halo tritons a lot. If you buy halo juice though, you must give it 2 weeks to steep to get the best flavor. Tribeca and voodoo get very very tasty after 2 weeks of steeping
really? you'd recommend a $69 ego battery? Really? Really? I'd recommend a MVP 2 for $40 from 101vape before recommending an ego for that price.
The iTaste VV v3 express kit, and a Mini Protank II is a great vape. The express kit is at 101vape.com for $25.99 and the Mini Protank II is there for 11.99. So, if you get 2 express kits (comes with charging cable) that comes to $52 and the 2 Mini Protanks come to $24 making it all $76. That's $16 more then vapedojo's kit, however the iTaste VV v3 batteries are 800 mAh compared to Kanger's VV batteries which are only 650 mAh (more mAh equals longer battery charge). Also, the VV v3 is variable watts as well as variable volts. It doesn't matter to me, whether I'm vaping via volts or watts, but my husband greatly prefers watts. Using watts can give you a set it and forget it option. It won't matter if you change the coils on your protanks, your battery will adjust it's charge to whatever watts you prefer and you'll always get a consistant vape. Hubby hates to fiddle with things. Further, the iTaste will tell you when it's time to charge when the fire button flashes yellow instead of green. Just a thought, if the criteria is for it to be under $100....
Edited to add that the iTaste is also a passthrough battery, so if you wind up forgetting to charge it, you can vape while it's charging.
