Dual and triple twisted 0.4mm and 0.5mm on the deck. Nail clippers are not cutting it. Although not recommended for hard metals (i.e. titanium), I was looking at the Xuron 420. Anyone use these for snipping twisted Ti? Tronex cutters are out of my budget. What other tools are you guys using to trim twisted Ti leads in tight spaces?

Chipotle.
This is what I use and recommend, the price is worth something that won't die in 50-100 cuts, I cut full hard 22G 304 SS with these and have been for months.

You're not going to find something better with a finer cutting point for less money, everything else will dull rather quickly with full hard wire, or difficult twisted strands of Titanium. Those Xuron 420 cutters look just like most cheap under $10 flush cutters, which I have broken two jaws off of entirely cutting the same wire as the cutters I've listed above.

You've got to pay up for quality.
