When I ordered my Rio I was impressed with the fast shipping. I ordered late Monday night and had a tracking # Tuesday morning, and USPS had the package, not just notification, by Thursday I had my Rio in my hand.
There is a learning curve with the Rio. First it doesn’t take Janty 801’s or at least the one I tried. ( the BE112 fit fine ) You need to hold the fuel button for about 3 seconds to fuel up your atomizer pumping doesn’t work. I had all kinds of trouble with that, I changed atomizer’s ( East Mall’s 801’s fit by the way ) and kept getting a burning taste. I tried holding the button, as the instructions suggested and still nothing. Redeye gave a phone # on the instructions so I called.
He was very informative and nice on the phone, I guess he had complaints about the fuel button being so long so he shortened it. He told me to back off the screw a couple of turns and that should fix the problem, and if it didn’t call back. He even offered to send me a longer screw.
Problem solved the Rio works perfect. I’m totally impressed! When the atty makes the wet noise like a straw running out of drink it’s ready to go.
I don’t even think I need to clean my atty anymore. It stands up right so it’s self draining. I would like to hear comments on that. Does anybody know?

Thanks Chuck

It's relative to the viscosity of the juice, thick juices like DIY shacks works well if you plunge and hit at the same time. Thin juices work well if you just hold the plunger down for a few seconds. You can also adjust the depth of the plunger to your liking, I keep my plunger set really low and just hit it until I hear the gurggle then I know she is good to go.
Some people have removed the button and just lift the door and pump the bottle.
