OK, so to make more sense for you I vape an average of 10MLs a day of my 3MG makes no difference if I Sub Ohm or not but I basically chain vape all day.

You vape more or less the quantity of nicotine i'm doing right now (3.4 ml at 9mg=10 ml at 3mg)
I'm looking for a strategy to lowering my nicotine intake

Also putting down your device and NOT vaping will cut your nicotine intake.

Of course this is something i'm trying to do impose my self to vape only when i really feel i need.
But i also like the idea to lower the concentration in a small portion every week so i can't realize the difference it might work...

i vape between 1.5 to 3mg... and depending on the day 3ml to 20ml a day at 18-22.5w... you keep accusing me of being some sub-ohming cloud chasing fanatic.. when I'm not. get a clue.

Ahahahahahah you are not fanatic is just the standard of recent style of vaping low nicotine and big vapor.
I see everywhere people like you with powerful device around.Pretty big clouds every draw...For you 3ml is like 1ml for me same hit throat cause i vape at 9mg less juice and you 3mg 3 times the juice vaporized each draw...

But this has nothing to do with nicotine reduction...
Probably following the advice above if i want too reduce overall intake i need to reduce from 9 to 8.5 to 8 to 7.5 each week and with your vape style maybe a 0.5 reduction is to much would be better 0.2 each week to not feel the difference...

you do realize that nowadays even the single battery devices go up to 75w, which about half the people on this board would consider to be not enough power.

personally, I vape at 420F degrees with 30w for preheat. But most of the people I know who vape have a DNA 133 or 250 at like 100+w and don't use TC bc it limits their power.

your tinker bell style of vaping is fine, but not the norm, you're pretty much the only one doing it.

How about me?

Let's say I started at 50mg/ml @ 80 watts-ish.

What if I dropped immediately down to 25mg/ml @ 80 watts-ish?

Then what?

hehehehe are you related to saw or something?
Nope

Just worked on a contract at an FAA facility by the jet fuel and had to quit smoking (at work) at a moments notice.

Enter nic patch 1
Enter nic patch 2
Enter nicorette gum

Still chained 4 PAD after work.

My nic tolerance is insane. Has been for over a decade and a half, almost 2.

When I first quit I was using 36 and 24 MG e-Liquids which I cut to 18MG after a short time. When I went to a MOD the 18 was not unbearable but my decision was to go lower because I like to chain vape and knocked it to 6MG. Right now I can but when instances arise where I can't vape when or where I want it is no big deal to mix up some High Test DIY if I want or need it.

he'd get less snark if he wouldn't ask for advice or a perfect unicorn device, ignore it, ask for something different(which isn't), tell us we're wrong and he knows more, cite fake science, get called on it, come up with every excuse under the sun, ask for advice or a perfect unicorn device, ignore it, ask for something different(which isn't), tell us we're wrong and he knows more, cite fake science, get called on it... repeat... more than half a dozen posts so far. we've tried to help him every single time and the cycle continues. he's afraid to vape and keeps looking for the bad side and an excuse not to vape. vaping isn't ideal for everyone.

I just bought better delivery attys along with making more advanced/low ohm coils and my nic level went down with it. I'm at 9 nic now and that nic level satisfies me with my 1.0ohm claptons without suckling my hitter all the time. May have started at 24 with clearos then vaped 18 for eons with protanks but my transition from 18 to 9 took just over a year but I let my body tell me to cut the nic not my brain.
I'm now making some 6nic mixes since a .5 clapton at 9 nic is a bit strong but its back to the original cycle of the performance of the delivery system. I have no idea where I would stand on a nic level if I used stock coils but with rebuilding, every coil is the same if I want them to be so I have total control over my vape.
There are some who can quit cold turkey or if they put their minds to it and quit....I'm not one of them. I also like to vape and in no hurry to give it up.;)
