This may not be the right place for this...& with the recent nic scare & issues...maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But I'm going to ask it anyway...
In your opinion...
What is the best way, from those that have done it or are doing it, to reduce your nic strength with your DIY?
With the goal of becoming 100% nic free? Did you reduce it by 4 each time?
What has worked for you?
What kind of affects did you have? Withdrawals etc
All of this BE issue has seriously made me want to go nic free. But as stated before, I do NOT want to risk going back to analogs...ever!
Ironically...analogs seem almost appealing atm.
I've spent more time, more money, more headaches nerves & agitation with vaping then I care to admit.
Filling cartos, filling tanks, charging batteries, buying this, buying that, DIY...& now testing nic.
Enough! (for me).
I know it may be different for everyone that has achieved being nic free, but some encouraging nic free words would sure be helpful. TIA
