I ordered cartomizers with my Ego to make things simple at first. I have figured out how to pull apart and fill with syringe. I have juice, syringe but would like to know when I fill it and how much juice???????? I am thinking about 1.2 mg juice but as to when to fill I am lost. Any help would be appreciated and thanks so much in advance. 3 analogs today, never thought it possible, I don't even mind being a test as anything is better than smoking

Whether you're using an atomizer or a cartomizer the time to refill is when you
detect a loss in flavor. Sure you can go past that point but then you risk burning the filler in a cartomizer and getting a real nasty taste and possibly burning out an atomizer if you vape it dry.
If you have the mega eGo cartomizers, there is no center hole so you don't have to worry about flooding it. Those take 2.5ml of ejuice. However, the atty/cartridge combo take the same 2.5ml and are much easier to refill. Same with the cone/atty and cartridges that hold 1.5ml.
As far as how much ejuice for the refill - ymmv, but I usually end up refilling with about 1.5ml of ejuice when I detect a flavor loss.
