Since I don't know
which ecig you got off dealextreme, I can't help you very much. Maybe the folks in ECF's
Blu Electronic Cigarettes forum can; they have to cope with foil top carts.
I
can recommend two
good "cheap" (i.e., very inexpensive) e-cigs:
- The Hello 010 Disposable from Happy Vaper there in Canada (or from Ken's Box Mod, for U.S. readers). It is a Mega 510 clone with one manual battery, atomizer, charger, and two cartridges. Although certainly not of Joye 510 caliber, it does seem like a good deal for the money. It can be recharged many times. The Hello 010 is described in greater depth on MadVapes, which unfortunately does not sell it with charger.
- Somewhat similar is the Q-Cig, also a 510 clone; this time with a regular length automatic battery, atomizer, charger, and two cartridges. Like the 010, it can be recharged many times. Several suppliers sell it, including MadVapes and eSmokerOnline.
These are both called 'disposables', but I would call them
introductory e-cigs: for a modest investment, you can get a sense whether vaping is right for you. They're not
as good as the Joye 510 model they copy, but you will likely get a few weeks use out of them.
