Prior to refilling my 510 cartos (Cartomizer for 510, tobacco, 24mg, Black AZCM33 from azsmokefree), they worked with my battery and my USB pass-through. After I refilled it, they refuse to work on the USB. I can take a new cartos and it works fine on the USB and bat, I can use the refilled cartos on the bat without any problems too. Also other brands of 510 cartos can be refilled and used on both the USB and ecig.

The cartos are not overfilled, or spitting fluid in any way.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe the center post of your PT got pressed in too far and is not making contact with the carto's center post?

And is this a manual PT? If it is auto and you put too-thick liquid into the carto, then maybe it is now too sluggish a drag to trigger an auto?

Also are you using an appropriate power supply for your PT? Unless your PT has an in-line real battery (not a hollow fake battery) then you should only be running it off a 2amp USB to AC and not off a PC's USB and not off a battery charging AC to USB (typically 500mA output or less). If you are using an inappropriate power supply for a PT then you will get inconsistent behavior and could possible damage whatever you have it plugged into.

If cleaning off the connections doesn't work, you might try gently prying the center post of the carto up just a bit.

Thanks for the replies. That is exactly what was happening, my cartos center point was being pushed in too far. I have not had much success in pulling them back out. I think I may stick to the brass type connectors unless I can find some cartos where the points are more stationary.
