Refilling Carts

Okay. Going to start refilling my own carts soon. So a couple noob questions.

What would be the best fill material? I've heard poly fill, fluval and the PTB.

And PG vs VG. The PG seems to make me cough more than the VG. Anyone else seems to have this happening? What works best for people?

I have found the PG to be more drying on the throat, and a quick internet search confirmed this drying as one of its properties.

I have only been vaping for a few months now, and have tried PG and VG and easily prefer VG. It just seems strange that liquids are most commonly sold with PG! I don't know why this is. Maybe something to do with consistency. VG is a lot thicker.

Yeah, I noticed it when I bought a VG ecig. The PG makes me cough more than an analog so want to move away from it. Where's a good place to get VG juice? And what filling do you use for refilling the carts? I'd look thru the forum, but SOOOO much info I have to keep searching and browsing.

When I was using carts I used both polyfil and Fluval with varying degrees of success. I found the Highping Plug Mod to be the best and it's incredibly simple. You just take the filler out and cut about 1/2 of it off. Form it into a sort of pyramid, then insert it into the atty with the pointed end towards the bridge. It takes a little experimentation to get it right, but once you do there shouldn't be any leaking and you'll vape the cart dry.

I usually vape either a 50/50 mix or a 60PG/40VG mix because I don't like strong TH. PG is what gives you the TH. VG will produce vapor, add a little sweetness and smooth out the juice.

I noticed several sizes for the fluval foam. Any size in particular I should look for?
