So I have been watching videos on youtube and reading here about what people do to refill empty carts. People have used tea bags, pillow stuffing material, fluval, some kind of blue foam not sure what that is, etc. etc.. So I am wondering if there are people out there who have tried all of these methods and can tell me what they think the best method is. Thanks

Blue foam

If you have a 510 use the very inexpensive precut blue foam stuffing from stricylyejuice.com (tapered end goes in first)

If you have something with carts smaller than 510, you can cut plugs out of the 510 ones - I cut them about 3/4 of the juice cup depth, very slightly wider (just enough to stay in place, not enough to jam shut the holes in the foam), and tapered on the inner end to help juice wick.

If you have carts larger than 510, for 10x the cost buy the bulk - Marineland Rite-Size U Foam Sleeve from the aquarium dept of Petsmart

@unsure don't know much about cartomizers, I've only been vaping for a couple of weeks so don't know much about them

Cartomizers are the atomizer and cartridge in one piece. They won't last as long as an atomizer or a cartidge but, they are cheaper. Technically they are supposed to be disposable but, just about everyone here refills them. They eventually burn out or get grungey tasting and you can toss them. Though some people do boil them to get rid of the grunginess.

I have an Envy Bliss 2009 LOVE it, people tell me not so nice things about it. But hey for what I got when I could you make do. It works for me till I can upgrade. I got a small sheet of blue foam & just juice that up. It is very good, almost like dripping, but the trick is to make sure you get enough juice into them, if you don't you dry out & blah! I found just juice 'em till they look like it will spill out a bit, then use a long pointy object to move the stuffing around & boom done.
