Refilling the NEW Green Smoke Carts

I recently purchased a Green Smoke E-Cig and discovered that their carts have changed you can no longer remove the plastic/rubber end of the cart. Is there any way of refilling them? Can I stick a syringe in the tiny hole at an angle and try refilling that way? Does anyone know how to do this?

That, or look up "condom method" which is how I used to refill the glued njoy cartos.......
