Both my holiday season registered mail packs from HC got here, both well within the 60+ days potential even though one had a little vacation at a Chinese airport, it seems :2cool: .

But now I mess around with my cart, putting stuff in and taking stuff out, waiting for eGo T stuff, and I see there is no longer registered airmail option to the US. Can someone tell me what happened, since I haven't been haunting HC so much since I was thinking there was going to be alot of complaining go on about shipments here (even though I see it's not been so bad - the complaining.)???

I am sorry that airmail is very slow and unstable to the USA. so we have to stop sending orders via china airmail to your country. we will restart to send orders to your country via China airmail after airmail is back to normal. :)

I assume that will be soon, but not soon enough for the CNY sale, right? It is too bad. Let me tell you a story about something that happened recently.

An internet seller in your part of the world (not you guys obviously) recently sold over 1000 sets of 10 items in 2 days. It would have been more had they not run out of stock for a large portion of those 2 days. They ran out twice and are out over the weekend, missing out on selling who knows how many of these items. They are very hot items and one that people are very keen to get their hands on at this moment. And that's just part of the combo, I can't even tell how many other parts they have sold. They are also light weight.

How many of these would they have sold if they didn't offer registered mail? Hard to say. But I'd wager it would not have been nearly as many, because many people want to try one or two packs before making a commitment to more.

I don't think they would have sold out or sold nearly as many if they had to pay $17-$20 shipping for an item combo or two that costs $20-50 when they could choose registered mail for $3-5.

There is also the pre-, post, and during Chinese New Year sales. The companies that ARE offering air mail shipping are going to kill you guys over this period.

I am just wondering if it is that serious of a problem to ship registered airmail that it would cause you to lose this much business to certain countries? Or are Healthcabin over-reacting just like customers who couldn't wait 2 months for a package? I love you guys and I'm not saying you are making the wrong decision because I of course don't know all the things that you know. I'm just putting it out there, seeing if you thought about it?

thank you for telling us that honestly.

actually we did suffer a lot from the bad shipping. :(

we started to look for a new supplier who can take good care of the airmail all the time, no matter whether it is holiday or non holiday.

however it is a bit hard for us to find a better forwarder in a short time. so we have to stop using airmail for a while until we are sure that they works smoothly. we prefer losing orders to keeping our customers waiting for long.

btw, could you mind telling me the name of the supplier and which items sell so hot? :)
