I have to say that a real Protank running 100 vg juice from AVE is just as good as if not better than my carto tank and worlds away in terms of flavor versus ViVi Novas running the same juice.

I plan on getting a couple more myself and I never thought Id ever say that about a clearo. Placing the head "upside down" in the tank as opposed to a Nova seems to have eliminated all the wicking and flavor issues Ive experienced with other clearos and makes it behave more like a carto tank.

The pyrex is pure win as well...no danger of cracking or leeching plastic flavors into your juice and a much cleaner taste.

I broke my base and immediately bought another one. With just a little modification to the wick and a air flow regulator these things work great. The thing I like best is the efficiency of the juice being used. Grants it doesn't hit like a SS Genny but there is something to be said in not blowing through all your juice so quickly!!

That's being said, I would love to see a 22mm stainless version of the Protank.

The only change I would want is the flexibility of using your own drip-tips. This would let me use it on my Pipes with their fancy stems.

This would be a nice feature. My only misgiving with the entire tank is its shape and one piece drip tip design. In a world of pvs and accessories that are phallic in nature this one is more phallic than most.

My daily out and about setup, not quite as good as my RBA's but a lot more portable.

I have 4 total and now I barely touch my iclear30's anymore (they still work great) and my 1 vivi-nova is collecting dust.

I do notice that if I set it on anything higher than 4v - it BURNS through juice (usually keep it at 4v at max and still notice I use more juice than I expected)

Vamo arrived today. I need to buy stock on a juice company as I see what you mean by REALLY going through the juice!
