Based on your explanation of what happened, I can only hazard a guess...

I can imagine scenarios where the wick might get built up gunk on it, just like the wick that the coil is wrapped around.
And if that built up gunk on the wick gets too thick, it could block airflow to a significant extent.

Again this is just a guess.
:)

Yep. The wick that actually can be removed looked like a strand of a hot tar mop that had been used. That part came out quickly, and truthfully, may not have even needed to be debridged, but I digress. I don't use those NETs anymore though because I didn't like them enough to go through all of that. Part of the reason I didn't like genesis attys was because my favs didn't taste good in them. People said, "try fruits," or "try desserts," but changing my food to enjoy the skillet is not an option. Luckily I still have plenty of juices that I enjoy way more than W2V.

I vape NETs about 50% of the time nowadays.

I was all over Vaperite, but Heather's Heavenly Vapes has a few I am starting to like as well.
I do notice I have to dry burn more often now that I've started using NETs though.

Such is the price one has to pay for happiness I guess.
:)

Yup. I do like your dry burn though. Just a little maintenance without having to tear down or build anything over again.

DC2, do you happen to remember what juice I sent you? I know we had an exchange, but I can't remember what it was. Do you remember? It was awhile ago.

Off the top of my head these are the things I can remember being sent in an exchange...

--Copper Creek House Blend
--Heather's Heavenly Vapes Huntsman
--Boba's Bounty
--Virgin Vaper Kona Coffee Milkshake

There are some others, but I'm pretty sure they were well before your time.
Mostly Tasty Vapor for the most part.

Do you remember what I sent you?
:D

I really can't wait to officially join this party all proper like. But the important thing mr Mann is that your doing a far more important part of life and I heart that a lot.

What device will you be running this on? I can't remember.

This one meters at 2.3 ohm (they are always 2.2-2.3) so this one can go to 5v no problem.

Lol until they outlaw sat mail. Thanks just went for a three hour walk spring got here today.

OMG! I love once you realize an atty is broken in!

MR. Ferrel, yours will get to you about 95% broken in. I will include some of the eliquid that I have been using to break it in, and then you can take it from there. I would run it at about 4.8v for a day and then 4.9v and if you're feeling lucky (LOL), push that baby to 5v. I don't know how this particular juice will hold at 5v, but since the atty is 2.3Ω, you should be set.

I wish my iPhone had the ohm symbol. I might have it at 4.6 to start and go as high as 4.8. Have not worked my nerve to hit 5.0 on anything yet I'm a scardy cat.

Trust me, 4.6v will not be enough. These little Joye boogers are tough, but you want to make sure you're giving it a reason to perform. 4.6v is about where I am on the start of the second day of the break-in. I have realized that my best break-in is a two day long process. I think it is best to take it slow--it's like seasoning a good cast iron skillet, but without too much heat to being with. The point is the accumulation of the work. Once again, keep that baby at 4.8 to begin. You can do what you want, but just make sure what you want is 4.8v. LOL
