Constantine (aka WolfeReign) is back. He PM'd me yesterday about whether he needed to contact j0ker or oldsoldier about starting a PVT - 2013 thread. I said as long as there wasn't a contest associated with the thread there was no need to contact anyone about starting it (in the Lounge).

Did he contact anyone else?
