Regulation is BS

You know all this regulation is pure BS, vaping is not a tobacco product and should not be treated as one. It should be left alone as the proof is every where that it is basically harmless, but since it wasn't discovered by a pharma or government org they get their egos and greedy little hearts pumping.
To say it is attractive to youth, yes it maybe but that doesn't mean they will use nicotine when they can have 0% nicotine juice and it is no threat to their health anyone knows of! To say they may try nicotine is foolish, like to chew gum may get you to try chewing nicotine gum, stupid yes.
They should have to prove that regulation is necessary before any laws are placed and that is not being done. What will happen is they will drive the small vendors out and then take control and jack the price, ALL BS!!!!

govt purpose for this bill is to protect the children, not to "normalize' smoking, and making sure vaping isnt a stepping stone to smoking real cigarettes plus there could be some health concerns to vaping.
of course there is not proof to any of this, but one things for sure, they are loosing big time in tax revenue and thats the "real" reason we've seen quite a few tax increases on tobacco products as of late.
those tax increases wasnt to help people addicted to cigarettes, it was to make up for lost tax revenue.

What about regulating coffee to kids?

I mean the caffeine is an addictive agent as harmful as nicotine but yet my 14 year old cousin can go in a coffee shop and buy a "Redeye" with whip cream (Shot of espresso in a coffee) and drink it.

We are trying to go 15 feet ahead yet they are trying to stop evolution.

I mean it’s like saying I would rather eat McDonald instead of a nice homemade burger on the BBQ… At lease you know what’s in your homemade burger.

They are just trying to find the most stupid lame excuse because they have no clue what they are dealing with.

We are seeing all these media statement with negative pov but in reality they are just another entity that are getting paid large amount of lump sum to say these stupid false accusation to public. We have the scientific results and we have the knowledge but yet it’s like everything else. We live in a controlled environment and they are trying to make the same thing with the next great thing.

I mean they should advertise the crap out of vaping and tell people the same thing they are doing with alcohol “Please drink responsibly” well “Please vape responsibly”

I have quit analogues since September 2014 and haven’t even thought about smoking another cigarette since and not ever thinking about returning to them. Vaping saved my life, lungs and health. Why would you need any other explanation?

Anyways they haven’t figured a law or regulation on stupidity yet.
