The FDA regulation needs to be changed. And litigation is the slow and more expensive way, but is underway.
The faster and more efficient way is through Congress.

In Congress, nearly all the opposition to vaping is based on the "gateway effect" fallacy. We need to disprove that (as CDC and other data are doing) and let our elected folks know the harm the rule will cause to both business (jobs and economic) and public health.

Anyone in the US who does not actively let their Senators know their view is accepting the FDAs rule by their silence. According to Reuters/IPSOS polling, there are 24 million Americans who vape. We should be able to win this!

Considering the CDC has been complicit in the campaign against e-cigarettes, using their data wouldn't be the wisest course of action IMO.

I don't even try to respond anymore. It seems the country is headed off the deep end... the problem is most don't realize it yet. It's not only vaping it's everything.. the news can't be trusted...it seems everyone has an agenda and that agenda belongs to some type of corporation. Nothing will end well.
