I have to drive about 6 hours every other week, so this was big for me too. I finally invested in a USB Pass-through and a USB car charger adapter to plug it in. No more switching batteries. If you pre-fill several modified carts (so they last longer) with your liquid, it's pretty easy to switch those out while driving (although, I'm guilty of refilling while driving - I've gotten good at doing it without really looking.)
