Reistance of coils increasing with use?

Running a Aerotank Mega on a Diamond Mist Cronus (sigelei Legend Ver2 Telescopic)

I've noticed the displayed resistance has been going up over the week from 2Ω to 2.1Ω and now its at 2.3Ω

Is this normal?
My Aerotank mini started at 1.7Ω (marked 1.5Ω) but I haven't used the mini anywhere near as much as the Mega

I've seen that too and consider it normal. It's one of the reasons that VW > VV.

I call it ohms creep, and yes, it does seem to be a normal thing. It goes away with a bit of tweeking.

Thanks, New to VV/VW running in VW mode most of the time Gone from ego c-twists to the Diamond Mist (OEM made by sigelei)

Perhaps the wire in the coils gets thinner with use, that would increase the resistance.

The more gunked up they get the resistance will creep up. Usually a dry burn and re-wick will bring it back down, but still will creep up over time.
