My package was rejested by canadian customs and returned to Health Cabin in China. Do I get a refund?? Cant seem to get a hold of anyone at HC so If anyone else has had this issue, id like to maybe get some answers. Thanks.

Any nicotine e-juices will get turned away by customs of canada.

Someone in the other section recommended it, I sent juice and labeled it as aromatherapy supplies.
Health cabin has been off for a few days for , who knows, Chinese new year?

Just a heads up, Canadian Customs will refuse any e-cig related product. It does not matter if its no nic juice, nic juice or just hardware. It sucks for us right now but its been getting worse lately.
On the plus side, most Chinese vendors will offer to ship again free of charge because it might get through. I'm sure you will get your money back at least. Just ask.

what a flap is going on, I think it's illegal, there is no such law...just HC's "recommendation" , but will see, everything is possible

I've been worried about ordering 100mg/ml nicotine base from Blue Mist but was assured via email that they've had no reports of issues shipping to canada, this was only a day or two ago I emailed them
I checked it before, don't you think it's a little bit expensive?

That's awful. I just got my order from Health Cabin (to the United States). They put on the customs form "Expendable for Lung Guard". I guess they figured nobody would understand what they were talking about.

Lol. That would make me more curious about the contents.
I remember way back when I bought a kit from v2 they sent it marked as "led light" and another vendor marked a shipment of juice as "flavourings" or something equally innocent.
I've never ordered from Health Cabin, what do they put for a description on the customs form? ... or maybe Canada Customs has HC on a "watch list" and looks at their stuff regardless of description?
I dont normally comment regarding someones statement, but in this case i feel that i must.I know what it is like to wait for a package to make it through customs.I've had them get through in minutes and also in many days.In fact i just had one order from HC reviewed and released by customs today.Mind you it was all hardware, but they do still get through.
