Remove Sticker & Adhesive from Boge cartomizer

Any help is greatly appreciated...I want to remove the black sticker around my boge cart, which seems pretty easy, but it leaves sticky adhesive all over the thing.

Is there some easy way to get it off that is non-toxic?

Have you tried nail polish remover? Goo-Off? Alcohol? Heat? Acetone?
