The UNC was originally listed as 1300 mah but after some companies started testing them they were showing up at 1100 mah and so they started advertising as such. I was reading in the Liberty Flight forum that they weren't a true 3.7 like the Eastmall Riva's and the SLB Riva's. They fell somewhere in the middle of the EGO's 3.2 and the Riva 3.7 range.

I have no tester other than my mouth and lungs. Comparing my Riva 750 SE batteries with the UNC battery using the same set up, I am going to say these are not true 3.7v. The SEs are better hitting. But the UNC battery does last and last.

I know what you mean 'mouth and lungs' and that is what I expected. Someone on a Riva thread after the SE's hit said that they thought all new Rivas would be like the SE - I've had a few new non-SE's since and by 'mouth and lungs' that isn't the case :) It's a good gage and I can tell which are which without looking.

I can tell too. And I have yet to try anything above 3.7v yet. Not sure I ever will. Who knows....

When I bought my first kit, I did not know the SEs were true 3.7v. I just figured since the SEs were "special edition" and cost a couple more dollars, there HAD to be something better about them. I'm sure glad I bought the SE. I later bought a regular Riva 750 battery for back up, then bought my UNC. I can tell a difference in them all compared to the SE. Just a small difference, but there is a difference.

Thanks, folks!

Glad I got my 1100 mAh KGO (from Hoosier E-Cig Supply): it's high mAh and 3.7V*. And that long (relatively) slender chrome body is so sleek!

* Based on both my own "mouth and lung" test and on these voltmeter readings. [NOTE: In the video, Brent calls it the SLB "Ego", but it's a KGO.]
