I renewed my supporting membership with paypal on Oct 5th, I'm pretty sure it was not set for automatic renewal.
Everything seemed fine, but today I got an email from paypal that said my payment failed. My subscription runs out today, so I am not asking in the supporting members forum in case I won't be able to see any posts there.
I went to my paypal account, my credit card and bank info is up to date and correct, I don't see any reason for it not to have been paid!
I don't think I had it set to renew automatically, but IF it was and I paid manually before the subscription ran out, maybe it tried to automatically renew on the date my subscription would have run out? I'm hoping that is what happened and since I already paid it the second try failed?
Can someone please check my status? Paypal is a PITA, they won't talk to me on the phone because our account is in my hubby's name and he isn't available to tell them it's okay to speak to me.
