I've tried the Ikenvape io6'6 and the Cisco specs. I was so in love with my LR io6 on my reo mini until it broke. I immediately remedied that by ordering 4 more.

While on my quest for new Atties, I picked up some Empire bridgeless Atties. They seem recommended around here.

I have no interest in the hh.357. It appears to be very detailed in how it needs to be used and might be too much for me.

What at else am I missing reoville? What's your preferred atty on your reo?

I think most people are happy with the RM2

I still use shorty cartos 1.7ohm due to being easy for now, but I also have a drawer full of Ciscos and 306 atties I'm gonna use up before I get an rba.

To be honest, I have an hh357 and it is my least favorite atty. I even liked the vapage slant coils better than them

I used to love factory heaters too for all the same reasons. And rebuildables looked way too complicated.

Then I tried one and the difference between the vape on even just a decent coil / wick is in a whole nother world to factory heaters.

I have never looked back. Rebuildables, like the RM2 are a game changer. :)

I really liked the i06. They were my favorite for awhile. But I did buy and use the Joye L.R. 510 and 306 a lot more. The price was good and they worked and lasted well. I still have a few around and use them on a couple REO's. When those die I will save the rest I have for emergency use.

The RM2 kind of spoils me for any other atomizer. The vapor and flavor is just so damn good that I don't want any less!

Cost is a huge factor also. Once past the initial cost of the RM2 and wire, it is so cheap! Once a week I change wicks and dry burn the coil. Then I am good to go. I might have to change out a coil or two on my 5 RM2's once a month.

If you are not ready for a RBA then the i06 is first on my list.

Robert does stock a couple atomizers on reosmods. They are not expensive and work well.

My favorite atomizer on the REO has always been Cisco spec 306 atomizers (2.0 ohm)

I am so darn curious about the RM2 though. I had a Bulli A2-TM and an original Zenesis standard, but the coils I made were never very good and so I gave up on rebuildables. I am pretty certain, from reading all the reviews and comments, that the RM2 is amazing, but I'd like to just try one before I decide to buy wick and wire and get back into building coils. Maybe for Christmas, I will see someone at a store or a bar with one and beg them to let me hit it a few times.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

JIF,
If you buy an RM2 and DO NOT like it. I will be happy to give it a new home.
Please consider this a money back guarantee.

Cheers

I used Cisco, Ikenvape and Boge as drippers for two years. But a day with an RM2 and I have not touched a regular atty since. I do keep a few as spares and to test juice on my eVic.

If you watch the video SxD did on making micro coils and then make 10 in a row, you'll be a pro in less than hour.

The flavor and ability to dial in the vap you just cannot get with a premade atty. I can make and wick a new coil in less than 5 minutes, some days I might do three different coils. Why, because I can and it only cost pennies in supplies.

One problem with premade attys, if you're not doing regular cleaning of them, if you just install and use until they die, the resistance is constantly dropping until it dies. So the cleaning and drying of a premade atty vs making coils for the RM2 makes the time spent fiddling about the same.

The HH357 is pretty good. On Avid Vaper : Personal Vaporizers and Accessories , they have other Cisco spec attys that are cheaper (under $10). I like those a bunch. Try a 306 atty. just make sure you get a drip tip.

Nothing compares to an RM2 though. You really should look into it. I only use my dripping attys when my coils break. I get a ton of clouds from the RM2.

While my raw, aluminum REO Grand/RM2 is the only setup I leave home with, and I now have the silver veined Grand dedicated to a TA-based DIY, I still love dripping the old-fashioned way and do that at home with all my NETs. The Empire Mods 1.8Ω bridgeless 510 on my Simplicity is my delivery vehicle of choice for that. I also use carto tanks for some DIY lab tobaccos.

I just really like my dripping atomizers. They're no hassle and you throw it away. They are $8 and last a month and are better than anything I've been able to build so far.

I'm with you. Love the Empire LR306. Followed closely by the Extreme LR306 from Roar Vapor. Although, I did vape on JC Okie's RM2 and was convinced I need to buy one and give it a run(Thanks to Jan for helping me spend more money). Primarily because the flavor and vapor were excellent and I prefer to be down around 1ohm on mechanical's.
