That's basically it. But:
Inspect the tube first to see if it split at all on the nipple end on things. No point in gluing it back in place if there is a split in it.
Take the delrin cover off and you may see the remains of the original glue. That will give you a good idea of how far the tube needs to be fitted back on. Give the brass nipple a cleaning to get any liquids off to get a good 'stick' with the glue. Clean and dry the tubing too. Just a small drop of superglue is all you need, making contact with the brass nipple and the tube. Don't forget to feed the tubing back through the delrin cover before gluing, or else you have to take the bottle cap off and all that jazz.
