Do I just glue it back on? I've had this for over a year now with no problems, when I opened the juice bottle to refill, the feed tube just came off. I've had some luck squonking it to feed the juice to the wick, but I have to hold it for about 5 sec with some pressure. Any advice would help, thanks !

If your putting a tube on, it has to be clean, no e-juice on/in the tube or on the nipple. Slide tube half way onto the nipple and apply a drop of super glue then slide the tube fully onto nipple. It also helps if you cut the end off the tube, the end could be stretched.

That's basically it. But:
Inspect the tube first to see if it split at all on the nipple end on things. No point in gluing it back in place if there is a split in it.
Take the delrin cover off and you may see the remains of the original glue. That will give you a good idea of how far the tube needs to be fitted back on. Give the brass nipple a cleaning to get any liquids off to get a good 'stick' with the glue. Clean and dry the tubing too. Just a small drop of superglue is all you need, making contact with the brass nipple and the tube. Don't forget to feed the tubing back through the delrin cover before gluing, or else you have to take the bottle cap off and all that jazz.

It sound like your problem is a blockage, over tight bottle or tube suctioned to the bottle. Run a piece of kanthal through the 510 and down the tube into the bottle to make sure it's clean. Have you cut an inverted V in the bottom of the tube. take the bottle off and put back on.
