For those of us searching for a rebuildable bottom fed atty, this one is workin pretty good for me. The ody in drip mode is too big to fit in the drip well of the reo, but I used circuit board spacers from madvapes to get everything going smoothly.
Ive been using this set up for 3 days now and I really love it. Give it a try and Im sure you will too!

It took 4 of these for me : Circuit Board Spacer

yes, cool way cool... what resistance are you best with on the Ody coil?
thanks for the tip with the spacer... i can't think of anything i need from MV so it's kind of funny getting an .89 part and paying shipping!
But i have a drip mode Ody too, and a silver/silver Reo Grand on the way; couldn't wait for Rob, got one on the classies.

I am using a similar setup with a kick, but I am using a 510-510 adaptor to make it fit.

Unfortunately I do not understand how the 4 spacers close the gap between the REO and the ODY base, they don't have threads and only one connection when we need two =)

Could you please explain that in a bit more detail, because I'd like to find a better solution than the adaptor.

I use a 2.5 - 3 ohm coil with a kick at around 9ish watts.

The spacers are metal on the inside and plastic on the outer ring. They fit nicely down into the 510 connection of the reo, and they allow the center pins (positive) of the ody and the reo to share current. The plastic on the outside of the spacer just acts as an insulator so there are no electrical shorts. The negative connection, made the same way as usual, is achieved by screwing the ody threads into the reo threads. In short the spacers act like a "bridge" for the positive connections to meet. Hope this helps.

In the recent episode of VapeTV, during the interview with Imeo, i think it got mentioned that some of the odysseus bases have slots / grooves in the bottom. Cant find any info by googling though. A slotted base would solve the airflow problem and you wouldnt need to use the spacers I am guessing.

Been very very interested in getting an oddy to work with my Reos. Would join my 2 favorite mods to give best of both worlds! (I still dont have an oddy though). I have been looking all over the place to find a rebuildable atty for my Reos. The Ody clearly is one of the best rebuildables out there, so this setup would be perfect.

The slotted bases would be the standard 510 base, not the drip mode base, I believe. I'm not sure if any of those are out in the wild or not, anyway (unless some of the ones sold individually as parts were like this), I'm pretty sure that modification came about sometime after the initial release

This is the second mention I've come across today of bottom-feeding the Ody drip mode. No modifications needed to the Ody to do it, I guess?
