Hello my REO friends. My wife is getting me a new LP grand for X-mis. I really want a brass RM2 and button cover for this one. I was just wandering what culler mod do you all think would look good with the brass. I know the copper vane looks good but was looking for other options. If you have a good color set up pics would be great.
Super of your wife! I don't have a brass RM2, but I think one in metallic red would look great together.
Our spouses are both awesome. I'm getting one too. I bought powder coat and Rob's doing a custom for me. Fushia just wouldn't be for you though, I'm pretty sure. I'm putting brass on it though!
There have been a few people that have bought powder coating powder and sent it to Robert for custom REO's.
It is always best to PM him first and see if it possible.
Copper Vein and all brass go very well together... just remember that you'll need to clear coat the Reo to keep in from turning patina black over time.
I've ran my TRA with brass sometimes... with brass RM2, button and door and it looked well balanced (to me anyway). A guess is that just about any color with the brass door added as well would be pretty sharp.
Finally got to see the last 2 episodes of the WD......after that I got bored and went on to Jwraps site and found this.
