Maybe this is well known already, but I ordered a sampler from Alice in Vapeland (little bit of everything) and all 16 samples came in 3ml bottles, exactly like my reo mini bottles! Not only do I get to try 16 new to me flavors, but I also get 16 spare bottles for my mini. Not sure if the flavors will carry over in the bottles or not after cleaning, but I was pretty happy to see all those little bottles. I've had my mini for a couple weeks and can already see stress lines in the bottle.

How long do these little bottles last on average?

Anyone had any problems not getting flavors of old juice out of these bottles?

I got Pluid in one of my REOs that I've pretty much dedicated to absinthe flavors. However, truth be told, it's not the REO I dedicate to the flavor, but rather the combo of tubing, cap and bottle. I got 6 tubings, 4 caps and 30 bottles. When flavors are not particularly strong, I have a peculiar procedure for rinsing them out and getting all of the previous flavor completely out. It might sound crazy, but this is what I do.

1. Remove the bottle and dry the tubing with a paper towel. Remove any atty you have and blow through the connector to get any excess juice out of the tubing. If I could, I'd not reuse the bottle and just use a new one unless flavors are similar.
2. I usually have one bottle strictly for cleaning purposes. This bottle only sees vodka/hot water. Use that, fill it with vodka to the top, and screw it in. Shake it a bit and let it sit for at least 10 minutes upside down to get that tubing and cap soaked. Before removing the bottle, squonk it to get the inside of the tubing clean as well as the gasket/connector/drip well.
3. Remove the bottle, empty it and fill it with hot water. Screw it in and repeat what you did in step 2. You are mostly set.
(OPTIONAL)
For even less chances of the previous flavor sticking in, I do this which does cost me 1ml wasted of whatever juice you are planning to use. I also have another bottle for this purpose only but you can use whatever bottle you are going to use for the juice just remember to wash it with hot water afterwards.
4. Pour 1ml of the e-juice in a bottle and screw it in. Shake it a bit to get the outside of the tubing soaked, turn upside down to get the cap soaked as well. Lastly, squonk to get the inside of the tubing, gasket, connector and drip well soaked as well.
5. Remove the bottle. Blow excess juice and dry tubing with a paper towel. Those parts were now soaked in the new liquid, and will most likely not carry over the previous flavor you used at all. The main reason flavors get carried over is because the inside/outside of the tubing, gasket, connector and/or drip well still had traces of the previous juice and get mixed in with the new one. Following these steps I make sure that none of those parts has any trace of it and soaking it with the new juice before actually putting it on is just icing on the cake to seal the deal.
6. Fill a bottle up with your e-juice, screw it in and vape like a champ.

It sounds longer than it really is. But if a clear, true flavor is of much concern to you, I'd recommend something like that. While the tubing might still give off the smell of a previous juice if it was particularly strong, you can bet anything the actual flavor will be crisp clean. If you were vaping strong menthol, cinnamon, pluid or boba's bounty I'd still recommend just getting a set of tubing, cap and bottle just for those juices. Much easier, hassle free.

Thank you jcalis1394 for the tips. I'm in experimental stage right now with juices and I'm starting to fear the worse. I fear I won't find 2-3 flavors I like for any length of time. Boba's is by far the one I get least sick of but I really like the sweet bakery juices too. Problem is I don't like the sweet juices for any length of time. I've spent so much on sampling juices its just driving me crazy. I'd say 90% of the 30+ flavors I've tried are horrible. The other 10% are great for a short time. Funny how when I smoked analogs that I changed brands maybe 3 times and for the most part they were similar.

My reo makes it worse because nothing tastes as good as my reomizer microcoil, so I want to use that all the time. Guess I need more reos lol. For now I have Boba's and its solid to me anytime. Would like to find a nice sweet vape too that doesn't go weird half way through a bottle/tank. I just dripped some Zombie Apocalypse into a 510 atty and I'm impressed. Best strawberry flavor I've tried yet. We'll see how the day goes but I'm pretty sure that will be loaded into my reo tonight.

Nicely put.

For me, as I said, smell is there but doesn't really change the flavor... so I'm not too concern..but I'll definitely try your method to try to get rid of the smell of previous flavor. :) good deal.

Right now I have 2 flavors I switch back and forth from. Boba's and El Kamino. All I do is swap out bottles and rewick the RM2. I've not rinsed the tube yet and while there may be some carry over on the flavor, it's minimal. But I suppose those two flavors are somewhat similar already.

I also have some Grumpy's Hooch that I've yet to vape on the REO. It seems to have a stronger odor that lingers so everything may need to be cleaned more thoroughly when switching back from that one.

I've got one with a 3y old bottle in her ..... I don't much worry about getting flavors out if I switch .... I just man up and vape through it .... I have some tough ones that hold on for 15+mls of new flavor too.

But yes most places if you get 3ml samples the bottles are the same .... And places with 6ml bottles almost always fit the Grand.
I've got a dozen new bottles here that are 2 years old ... I've never needed to replace any that I remember .... I use the new bottles if I trade or sell a REO ... that is it.

Crazy story, thanks for sharing. Would have drove me bonkers. I had a similar week long period of derp. Never thought to check my protank coils after everything started tasting horrible. I started making my own coils on protanks and I got a hot leg on a few and burnt the rubber grommets. Worst taste ever and it won't ever go away from what I'm told unless you cut the burnt off. Dumped 4-5 tanks out trying to figure it out. Once the burnt rubber taste was there, the whole tank tasted horrible.

I'm using an rm2 so I don't think that should be an issue for me. Good to know if I ever use a carto though.
