Hey Everybody,

So Ive been using Cisco 306 attys for awhile now and I really enjoy them. Ive heard so many great reviews of the IKenVape attys, that I decided to give them a try and compare them to the Ciscos. I purchased two LR and four HV (in anticipation for a grand/woodville in my future) last week, but I'm having some compatibility issues with my Reo Mini.

Basically they will not screw into the Reo. When I attempt to screw them into the 510 connection they only get about half way in before its nearly impossible to turn them any further. Using a pair of pliers I was able to get the atty far enough in to fire, but there was no air flow.

I tired both of the LR and a two of the HV attys (just to test) on the Reo and had the same result. Next I tried them on my Silver Bullet and they fit and fired like a dream. Anybody else have similar issues on a Reo or a solution?

Thanks:vapor:

I am using an IKV LR 306 2.0Ω Atomizer on my new Reo Grand. Both actually just came in this morning. Everything is working GREAT! The 306 actually didn't fire the first time when I put it on so I took it apart and put it back on again and it have been working ever since. Hopefully everything goes well for you.

*UPDATE*

So yesterday I sent an email to Issac through the IKenVape site. He responded promptly and is addressing my problem. He said this is a common problem and they are working on a permanent solution.

Really happy with the customer service at IKenVape.

BTW - His HV 3.5 ohm 306 attys at 6 volts on my silver bullet is out of this world. :)

Fort Sill Ok.
Ok someone suggested this on ECF I don't know where but here goes. I took some 800 grit sand paper and rolled the 306 that would not thread into my REO and scuffed/rounded the threads. Just 4 or 5 360 degree rotations. I put it to the REO and guess what? It threaded right in. There you go. If I could post Pix I would show you what I did and the results.

I just ordered on Friday, and they actually asked if I was going to use them on a Reo right on the web form. I told them yes, and the one that I opened works great.

I'm not sure how much I like the 306's- they're really hot. With a slightly longer drip tip it could work, but right now I'm afraid of burning my lips.

I haven't tried the shorter drip tip, but I do have the XL 306 Drip Tip on the 1.5 Cisco's and haven't noticed any heat. Don't be scerred. I love these atty's!!
