In fact I found two o-rings but they seem kind of small, they just barely get around the inner ring of the Grands 510. What I am looking for is an Oring that the atty can be seated on so that I can put the air holes where I want and also the atomizer can stay tight. Does such a thing exist?
pm me your addy if you want, I just got mine, and will send you a few. Pretty sure mine are the 1.5x10 and they fit perfect in the "well" thingy under the atty. How many do you need?

Did someone say, at some point, that they had gotten squared bottles for their Grand?

Jup what justice said........Rob doesn't sell those. I have one for a mini, but don't use it, really hard for me to squonk. Love the new 8.5 ml easy squeeze bottles though

In case some folks don't realize, rob got some better feed tubing to go with the 8.5 ml bottles..it is way more durable than the tubing that came from the manufacturer and won't split on you when installing..a little ejuice on the feed tube nipple will make install a lot easier..hope you all are doing well!

Question on P67 maintenance: Is a "bath" still recommended for the p67 as it was for the Grand? Or is a rinse a good thing? I watched the video Rob put up and it did not mention the bath or rinse.
I usually wipe it out with a paper towel and alcohol, just because it is pretty dry in there 99.9....however giving it a bath is OK. Make sure you are confident enough to be able to take apart and re assemble. I would not wash the insert,it is stabilized wood....also,when putting back together I find it easier to start with the button first...

if giving it a bath, do you have to take everything off, or just the insert? With the grands, I just take off the insert, then wash it, and rinse everything else out. run water through the 510 etc.

You can use the o-rings Train2 suggested as well for an atty like the RM2, which is where i though Dan was coming from - something that fits around the middle of a screw-cap atty and allows you to align the airhole.

Yes you have to stretch them to fit - but it's a 0.03c o-ring!

There is a wood insert at the top so unless you remove that, water and wood..not a good mix.

Ironic, I was trying to find info on the newer bottles and see you guys talking about them. Do they unscrew to fill or do you need to take the feeding tube off the pin and reattach every time?

You kind of have to take everything off to get the insert out anyways, however its OK if the plated contacts get wet..I would dry,and clean with alcohol and deoxit before re assembly...

Can anyone provide a link for the more durable tubing for the 8.5 ml bottles?
do you mean from Rob's site......or to get a lot like from ebay?? I don't see it on the site, unless he's just putting it in with the bottles when you buy them, but probably just hasn't loaded it on to the site yet. I don't know about ebay

Either one. For me, I've found it easier to just pull the tube off the nipple, then I usually squeeze just a bit of juice into a napkin to get the juice out of the tube. The reason I do this is because these bottles are soooooo soft, it's way too easy to squeeze them a bit when screwing the cap back on. My hands aren't very flexible, so it's hard for me to try to manipulate them to leave it on the nipple and just unscrew the bottle. I could do it kinda with the old ones, but not with these. After the first time or two, it goes back on super quickly, and I've had no issues with mine stretching or ripping despite having been taken on and off manyyyyyy times.

We didn't get enough tubing from the manufacturer when we got the caps and bottles, so the tubing rob got was to go with the caps and bottles, however if you email rob,I'm sure he would sell you just the feed tube..

Nope, just unscrew the lid like the old ones.

Thanks!! :thumb:

Sounds like a bit of a learning curve but not a big deal. I can see a bit of over squonking in my future

Both techniques work well as long as you hold the bottle near the rigid base & not grip the soft sides.

I have a great used Woodville and the brass button pulls off before it will allow the lock pin to be engaged. Is this a common problem with an easy fix?

Looking over my P67 it looks like I could make a sliding plastic piece for the Woodville to shim down the battery.

I really missed the boat waiting so long for a Woodville. Like not buying gold when it was $100 an ounce. I love this Reo!

With the Reo Grand, some people drape a thread over the black button before pushing the cover over. Would that work on a Woodvil? I don't know.

I agree with you about the value of a Woodvil. My 3rd is now in the mail!
