Well I have the loctite regular one and the gel one. I will not use the gel one if that's what you mean. Thanks.I don't know if it's available in Greece, but there are thin viscosity super glues, that will wick themselves into the space easier.

Those are great thanks.

There is probably one in the archives, but I'm not a good enough searcher. I can tell you that Rob says to use a solder iron to loosen the glue and use a stronger magnet to pull the magnet out. Then attach the magnets to ones on the mod, so that you'll know which side needs glue so they'll attract not repel. I messed one of mine up that fell out, and couldn't get it out even with a solder iron, so hopefully you'll have better luckHi Guys and Gals...I remember there was a tutorial on how to change or install the door magnets. Can somebody help me find it please?

I did that already..but when I fire it the door slides up slightly..it's not a serious problem..just a bit annoying..I can always try to bend it a tad bit more and see. But I'll keep this as the fallback option.I ven recall, a while back, Rob showed in a video that he doesn't even use magnets in his personal REOs. He just puts a slight bend in the doors, so that they are snug, when they slide in the tracks.
I asked Rob about the acetone, since I'd seen that some time back.........he said that it definitely would remove the paint. Just wanna make sure you know thatSeems I'll try the boiling water thing, then the acetone and hope they pop out.

He makes mention of that and what he does in one of the three links I posted about magnets. If you're gonna do it - less is more.
Just bend it like a playing card and it'll snap on the return~
but he ships them fast!

If you plan to use the door on a few different Reos, by which i mean you swap them around a bit (black and white Reos - swap the doors kinda thing), then you'd better make sure from the beginning that they are all the right polarity!
Since the old magnets were toast anyway - i used to drill them until they fractured and chisel them out. Clean the hole with a bit of acetone (really matron) to get rid of any old glue and install a new magnet.
The tip was always to mark with a black marker pen the side of the magnet you were installing either in the door, or in the mod, so you never get it wrong.
