Well if your throwing it away, throw it my way because I know I can get it fixed. They may be out of parts now because of waiting on them but I can't imagine Mike not taking care of an Infinity if it's still in warranty. If it is out of warranty your local voc-tech school is a good place to get it repaired for peanuts as is an electric repair shop.
It upsets me that my exes 2005 dodge wouldn't be fixed either because the warranty is expired so I had to fix it.

As I told you we do not have any more OLD Infinity PCB's ,. all Old Infinities are out of warranty so we will not be getting anymore of those pcb's , I offered you a Credit towards a NEW IPro to compensate but you refused that option .
the Unit you bought is OUT of warranty so really I am not obligated to do anything BUT I did offer the credit.

I just saw the unit today ( broken wires so we did not try to test it ) Mike MOwrey said he was talking to you as well , We have about 3 hours of emails and discussion on this unit , It was $79 right ?? I offered you a $35 credit towards a a new IPro but that was not good enough ;. I have $200 in employee payroll involved in a $79 device .,

It is on it;s way back to you now.

Sorry people but this has been a nightmare for us .

first mike you offered 30 bucks not 35 bucks, and for what ever reason you keep bringing up warrenty ,i know its out of warrenty, i wanted it fixed, i would of paid to have it fixed, i didnt spend 79 bucks on a throw away unit,so now with all the infinitys out there if any of them break were all screwed, now im wondering if the new so called pro will have the same leakage problems as the old ones ,all of my not cigs units leak into the electronics all of them, now i wonder if you will tell all your customers, opps cant fix your 100 something dollar unit because these are throw aways,

Look I tried to please you but you would have none of it, so sorry man I am not going to refund a 7 month old PV and we do not have any more PCB;s I cannot order 1 PCB at a time . Not sure what else I can tell you. I offered you a credit in our store , then you said you would SLAM me all over the forums so here we are HUH.

Next time one of your Chinese units takes a crap try complaining to them and see what happens . They will not even respond.

try to get a older cell phone fixed < not gonna happen they get discontinued and cannot be fixed this is NOT unusual .

i understand your frustration k9frog but mike is right on this i think. the cell phone analogy nailed it as ive had that happen with me on phones i liked that were discontinued and not made anymore. mikes hands are tied on this and he offered a nice credit for a brand new model. im sure you have been on his area of the forum, anytime someone has a problem with a mod of his he is right there trying to help get it working. to me that is great customer service. again, i understand the frustration on your end.

I think most of us know that these units are always in transition in one way or another since notcigs is constantly developing/improving the product(s). I have an original Infinity which has never leaked. It still vapes. I know that sometimes something will come apart or ? and not go back together. I will sell you my old infinity for $35 k9frog - I am getting an Infinity Pro and already have a BuzzP. I am serious. PM me if you want this unit. I will only sell it to you though so anyone else reading this... fahgedaboudit. :)

By the way... what the heck is a PCB????

PCB = Printed Circuit Board. It would be a royal pain to custom make a single board from scratch (or pay to have a single one made), costing more in terms of labor than the mod itself is worth. For this reason I have to side with Mike on this one. While you're entitled to be frustrated k9frog, you're also being quite unreasonable. Considering everything, his offer of credit was quite generous, as is Bejeebus' offer above :)

well people i feel your wrong, a 6 month warranty on a product ,the unit takes a .... one month after it was out of warranty, and i have to eat it no dam way,you see mike the invoice you got from me was only the first invoice from you ,not that you would remember, but that original brass coated unit was return after 30 days , why because the coating was put on in the back of a garage and it looked like crap does everyone remember that, so you sent me the black one in question, which makes this unit still under warranty, rememeber that mike, i want this unit fixed or replaced,
wait people till your unit takes a dump and when you complain mike calls you a girlie, girl

GEEZ, what is in the air???? This is the 4th thread I've been on this weekend where someone is trying to trash a vendor... Wow... And these are good vendors. Demands and ultimatums are very seldom productive tools when trying to get an issue you feel needs to be resolved, no matter who is right and who is wrong... JMO
