The original Crown tank has this problem with the rba. If you fill it when warm, it starts leaking almost immediately from the airflow when filling it (top filling). Melo 3 is the same to a degree (with factory coils).

Gosh I used OG Crown tanks for about 2 years straight. I still have four tanks, hundreds of drop in coils and probably a dozen RBAs. And I wasn't impressed with the optional RBA. I didn't have a problem with leaking or heard of others having leaks. Some had connection problems, but I didn't. The only problem I had with them was vape and flavor was substandard. Their drop in coils were far better.

I've been doing 70/30 for awhile. No dice. Also bottom fill. FAIL. STILL LEAKS

Where is it leaking? From the bottom where the airflow is? Does it vape gurgly?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Look at the following 2 pictures of this coil. Same coil, just different colored insulators (one black and one yellow).

On this pic, look at the positive coil leg peaking out of the notch in the black insulator. That is how it's supposed to be positioned, under the notch in the insulator.

Now look at this pic, the positive coil leg is mis-positioned. If yours looks like this picture, then you need to fix that because since there is a gap between the positive pin and insulator, this can cause your coil to not be screwed in all the way thereby not creating a seal against the tank's base, thereby causing leaking into the airflow base. This actually happened on a few runs of Kanger Subtank coils and no one understood why the leaking was happening until someone made a youtube video about it.

Just carefully remove the positive pin, carefully reposition the coil leg over to the notch, then replace the positive pin.

Too blurry to tell, but that positive pin is definitely not sitting flush up against the insulator for sure. You need to fix whatever's causing that to rule that out.

Oh wait that's the negative pun.

There is no negative pin. There is a negative soil leg, though.

Regardless, you need to try to fix whatever is causing that positive pin to not sit flush against the insulator.

I fixed it. Then I put the new coil in with high hopes. Nope still leaks.

Leaking clearomizers are so hard to diagnose. I tried my best. At this point, I really think those coils are wicked improperly and therefore no solution. I'm guessing you bought more than one Crown 2 tank? If so, try another tank.
2 of 3 leak. Guess I could try the 3rd.

Actually they are easy. Without the base and the coil, bottom fill with water (or juice if you prefer) and let it sit upside down. You can also take a fully assembled tank with juice and flip it upside down instead. No leaks? Then that part is fine. Now you are left troubleshooting just the base and the coil.

EDIT: I prefer water since it is far thinner and will expose leaks faster.

I replaced the orings on my Crown II. It still leaks. I even replaced the oring on the coil. I dont know what to do now.

So what's the Back Story on this Leaking?

Did the Tank used to work but Now it Leaks? Or is it a New Tank that you just bought? Or maybe something in between?

There should be a seal right at the bottom of the chimney (that probably looks a lot like a silicone washer more than an o-ring), right where the chimney and the top of the coil head meet. Is that washer present on the one tank that doesn't leak? And is it missing on the tanks that leak?
The one tank that doesnt leak is untested.
