ordered a ss vamo and some helix hot springs. are they easy to change? there any tuts out there for swapping springs? I wanna be prepared so when everything gets here I'm all ready to go. tia guys and gals

No, you don't need a tutorial to change a spring, just take off the old one and fit in the new one, if it is a little small in width (the new spring) open it up a little so that the last ring of the spring touches the edges of the tailcap and you should be good to go, you'll see when it all arrives.
