I'm looking to try some different (US based) companies and I was hoping for some recommendations of places that have good customer service. I swear I've dug around on here until my brain has fried... (It's so easy to get lost on rabbit trails when you're new to all this!)

I've been using a company that I'm just no longer happy with, tho they almost seem to have a cult following, so I won't mention any names so as to not get the usual responses that I'm one in a million to ever have problems or just get bashed for having a legitimate complaint and daring to make it known. (It's happened to me on their FB page, twice!)

All in all, customer service is a huge deal to me. I like being treated like a human being not just a number. So any help directing me towards companies who care about their customers would be greatly appreciated! I know it doesn't always work out, being as I chose the company I'm using now based on the very same thing, but at least it will give me hope for a better experience! Sometimes being 'one in a million' isn't a good thing, after all! ;)

In my opinion, I feel that CIGNOT is an excellent company to deal with. They have loads of personalized contact with their customers. It doesn't matter how many Emails you send, everyone is answered by the owner. Their products are super, up to date. Yes, it's a smaller company but I truly like quality over quantity. I know many others here are very satisfied with the company.

Mud Stuffin, I have looked around there, the negatives, and some of the supplier forums too... I hope to get some good recommendations here, but if I don't find many that suit me, I shall head back to those places and get out a pen and paper this time so maybe I can't walk away informed instead having steam coming out my ears from too much info and trying to keep it straight! I'm loving ECF, but it's so easy to get information overload, especially when you chase as many rabbit trails as I tend to do!

I've ordered different things from several of the suppliers that are registered here. Without knowing which vendor you're having the problem with it's difficult to make suggestions. However, I'll list some that I've used. I've never had a bad experience from any of these.

1. MadVapes. I buy most of my vaping supplies from here. They are, however, having some turnaround time issues right now due to the number or orders they get vs. the number of employees they have to fulfill those orders.
2. Crystal Clear vaping. I buy all of my cartos here. I've never had an order take longer than three business days to get to me.
3. One Stop DIY Shop. Since I make my own juice, I buy my flavorings here. Very helpful to everyone.
4. Alien Visions. The only place I purchase pre-mixed juice. Fast turnaround and extremely helpful and friendly.

I have also made purchases from the following places with no problems:
Apollo Ecigs
NHaler
smoktek
E Cigarette Impressions
MyVaporStore

Hope this was helpful!

First, I would like to welcome you to our home away from home and second-Don't worry about getting flamed here. It is NOT allowed. We all try our best to act like adults and try to treat each other as we would like to be treated.

I've not personally bought from that many vendors but I have bought from:Madvapes, My Freedom Smokes, BlueMist Vaping, Vaporgod, Vapelite, Johnson Creek and VaporNine. I have very good service from all of them. Fast shipping, friendly folks even when I have had questions and my products have always been just as I expected.

Well, here is me:

V2cigs batteries are great. CS, perhaps not so great, though I have been ok. There are many others who would disagree. I like the batteries, and I stock up. I'm a little worried for their new blue battery, but it is coming in a couples kit from some friends of mine. We'll see how it works out. I'm not over the top with their carts/flavors. I like one or two, but I like others' better. I do like their disposables, and recently bought a five-pack for an upcoming trip. I liked that the disposables came in a full or light, and not a blasting 24mg only. A medium would have been nice, but I'm fine with lights.

Smokeless Image. Dang, I really like these guys. I love the batteries. I love the accessories. I love the carts and flavors. I like the cart blanks. Customer Service? Well, I have had no issues at all thus far to test them, but on a recent order they were out of a particular color I wanted for one of my batteries ordered and they substituted a stainless steel in its place with a handwritten and signed note stating they would send the color battery to me just as soon as they received it back in stock. Um... I think that is about as good as it gets, along with a free battery to boot! My go to site, as of this time.

My Vapor Store. The batteries are ok. Not the best, I've had one bad one, but they are ok. I like the price. What I fell in love with are the carts they provided with their kits. Good flavor, so I ordered a batch. I also like their blanks for the price. Price dictates my choices overall at this site. Good for the backup but not my go to. (I use 808's by the way.) They have been out of a lot of stuff for a long time, though.

ECBlendflavors. USA liquid maker. I am totally hooked on their liquids. Plus, prices are fabulous. I can choose my PG/VG mix, and I can experiment with 5ml bottles for a very reasonable price to see what flavors I like and can find more of. I can also find what I don't particularly like without wasting money or liquids.

I have read good and bad reviews here. I've even ordered from some with negative reviews and had excellent results. So if you want a list from me it would be in no particular order, Rocky Mountain Vapors, AltSmoke, IVape, Avid Vapor, Blue Mist Vapors, MadVapes, avejuice, CCV, and even more. The big thing for me is to know exactly what i am ordering, and if I want it, and in doubt somehow a phone call or email solves that issue. Good luck on your journey! Oh and vendors listed on the top of every page on these forums as Forum Suppliers do bring credence to their customer service and product. This forum is one big window to the world of e-cigs.

There are so many good ones it's hard to know where to start. Equipment I get from different places Altsmoke, myvaporstore, gotvapes, litecigusa, digitalciggz, NHaler, madvapes and so many more lol pretty much throw a .com after each name and browse their site. Juices I have fewer vendors for as I'm still sampling, I've only been vaping 6 months and already compiled a big box of crappy ejuice. So far Pink Spot is my favorite juice vendor they are such nice folks and their products are amazing Pen and Sandy do a fantastic job. Also just started ordering from Ben over at AVE juice or alien visions ejuice, he's the maker of bobas bounty a very popular tobacco flavor. It's good i just started vapingmit though. I have heard good thing about clouds of vapor pure eliquid line I cant wait to order kona cream lol I've heard a lot of good reviews on that 1 also.

Hope this helps GL :)

Wow! You guys are awesome! Now I have a start of a list to places to check out! :D I appreciate you all taking the time to help me, it means more than you know, especially with the week I've had so far...

So far I've been using primarily 808's because I just like the simplicity of them. I did get my first eGo type set (808 threaded) the other day and I'm loving it! I'd like to try the standard ego type, 510 (I think), but I'm gonna give the one I have a bit more time and hopefully figure just which eGo type would be best for me since there seem to be quite a few!

Mattiem, it's nice to know that flaming isn't allowed here. I do have to say that maybe 'bashed' was too strong of a word in my initial post, but it wasn't far off and I couldn't think of a better word. Making a complaint definitely brought the die-hard supporters out of the woodwork to show their disapproval of a public statement against that company. I felt as if I was being blamed for my orders being repeatedly filled wrong. It recently took me 3 tries to get a batt correctly replaced and then when they did send me the correct batt, it doesn't work right so I'm back to dealing with it again. Their CS dept, while they will help you and eventually get it right, they always made me feel as if I wasn't worth their time and I was putting them out to do their job, which to me, the 3 tries at getting the right batt proves they didn't care enough to pay attention. And while they haven't been mentioned above, they are a highly respected vendor on ECF. There will be a few things I'm sure I'll continue to purchase there (and they do have awesome sales!), but I'd really like to find a place I'm more comfortable with to shift most of my business to and one I feel values my business, too!

Thank you all again for taking the time to help me along this journey! Tomorrow makes 10 weeks analog free (Woo Hoo!), tho I'm still waiting to start saving money because vaping is quickly becoming an obsession all it's own! :p

here
This is my first post on this forum. I got so much honest & useful information here I figured it was the least I could do to give something back.

I'm new to all this but have to say that I heartily would recommend Ms.T's for juices. I have ordered a few flavors and they are amazing! There are so many different flavors that it could take months to sample all. Shipping takes a while but considering the quality, that's OK with me. I tried a few other vendor's juices and was NOT impressed at all. My favorite Ms. T's flavor so far is Irish Cream. I don't think there is actually alcohol in it, but you'd almost think there was from the "bit of rush" you get when you take a hit. It has a really nice rich flavor too.

As with many other people, I turned to eCigs simply as a way to quit smoking "analog" cigs. BTW, I love all the "lingo"...analogs,. atty's, juice,... it's like a a whole sub-culture thing. Anyway, at first I ordered a bunch of different tobacco flavors, hoping to find one that would be similar to my analog brand which was Marlboro Reds. After trying a bunch, it became real clear that no such animal exists. At first the idea of fruit flavors, bakery flavors, candy flavors, and all, sounded a little weird, but after trying Ms. T's juices, I realized THAT is the way to go. You still get the nicotine (I'm using 18mg now) but the flavors really add a new dimension to smoking (I'm sorry, I guess I should say "vaping") that I don't miss tobacco at all. In fact, I lit one up today, and put it out after a couple of puffs, preferring the vaped flavor :)

Also I got a LR atomizer for my E-Go C from Cignot, and it works wonderfully...so much better than the more restrictive stock atomizer...just as people had posted, the flavors really come through much better with a LR atty!

And, Cignot (Vicky) is about as good as they get as far as customer service goes! I heard she was fast at getting orders turned around and indeed she is (ordered Sunday night and it arrived here in Wednesday's mail).

Just my 2 cents worth :)

Thanks kia2! I have to admit, I'm still a bit surprised at quitting smoking as it honestly was never my intention. I was looking for something I could *tolerate* to cut down what smoke my family was exposed to and I loved it! I started out with a passthru and a pack of carts and couldn't get a kit ordered fast enough. I kept thinking every now and then the first couple of weeks that I wanted a 'real' cig, but I always put them out after a couple of puffs. The taste seems so disgusting to me now! (Not to mention I figured out upon quitting that I was at least mildly allergic to them as my allergies are very mild now, nothing like they used to be!) I'm pretty happy with the switch, now I just have to get the 'I want, I want, I want' under control...
