when you send to CS with an issue,
can you please try to keep it as brief as possible,
give your order number
forum name and real name
and then a brief and very concise report of your issue
it is becoming almost impossible for cs to find your issues amongst all the other stuff you are putting in these emails,
they do not need to know about your holidays, or where you walk your dog -- hahahahahaha
please try to stay only exactly to the point-
