Requesting advice on if this is possible

I wish to attach a drip cup reservoir to one (or two) 510 sealed extenders. The end result would look something like this:



What would I use to attach the cup to the extender permanently? This piece would be portable and would not be placed into a box mod being built. I would use this thing on all my different ecigs. Aesthetics do not matter to me.
