Hello Lady, I hope you are staying Warm and Safe. It has been my understanding these will be Low Profile mods, so Yes any size Atty or rba with a 510 connector should fit. Although the older RM2's might appear to 'sit up' a little high on these....

Papaw...I thought that you'd originally asked the question, and you hadn't received an answer yet, so i piped up to ask again...now I'm confused...I don't know who asked the question...

ehh..what else is new:D

Whoa.... Hold the Bus...
An 18650 Woodvil sized mod that has a Top Deck Fire Button ? Even with my long fingers, that would seem awkward to me. And only available in LP is either more expense (i.e., more RBA's) or just flat out a deal killer. Enjoy....

Found it!

So I thought that you didn't know that all RBA's would fit the resin mod and I sure wanted you to get one, as they are going to be stellar!

I skip the wood sales now because I'm just too danged hard on them, and I've got all the metal REOs I will ever need. But these have me sitting up and paying attention. I could see me adding a couple of these to the collection. Nice job, Rob!

My sentiments exactly!
I have five woods right now and I'm also hard on them...three have had to go to Rob's spa lately....the only one that hasn't made the trip is the new one from the last wood sale.

As a matter of fact, I'm thinking along the lines of the classies for some of them before the resin sale , so I'll have the funds. Just a while back i finally broke down and got a Mini metal! They're so much easier to take care of...and I AM a lazy oldbroad:D

Oh and, I'd like a deep bronze-toned resin....

He did mention on the woodvil thread that he would have some resin mods available the night of the woodvil sale, but he didn't say exactly how many.

He also mentioned that he was diving in on the resins and plans to start cranking them out after he's finished with all the woodvils. Just based off this information alone, I would think he's planning on trying to keep these puppies in stock much like the grands. This may be possible if he's found an easier way to produce these, I know he was messing around with silicone molds, maybe and hopefully he has succeeded with using those molds.

If there is one thing I have picked up since I started really getting into Reo's it is that patience is a virtue :)

Wood mods and me don't mix well, so of course I have been following the development of the resin versions with interest. I don't think Rob does rushing into things

I will just wait patiently until he starts cranking out the resins and look forward to getting one - maybe before next summer :p

Rob,

With all this talk about the very cool resin mods, I'm getting a little concerned about the production of the Woodvil 18490's that you said would shortly follow the Woodvil Grand release in February. are these still in the works or will the resins take your time before the 18490s? I soooo need another little Woodvil!!! I'm sure you're tired of all these questions and I'm sorry to add another one.

Linda

Hello Lindamck. I thought you already had a beautiful little Oak / Ebony mini ? I could be wrong.....

Should that be the case then getting one in the color you desire would be more likely than a free for all sale night. :)

Vaping has absolutely destroyed what little patience I once had...

Nope Brett. I'm the one with the Oak/Ebony. My dear sister snagged the Lacewood, I think it was? You started something.....I need another Woodvil....and a Resin! Love it.

You guys and gals think *you* are going to need a lot of patience...

I'm going to have to wait even more patiently for a black 18490 resin

Fortunately I have enough wood and metal Reo's to comfort me  but 3 more sales (Woodvil, 18490 Woodvil and then Resin) will take their toll, before we get to (hopefully) 18490 resins.

I can understand why those who are worried about damaging a wood mod are extremely pleased by these resin mods coming out. Rob said they will be much more rugged than a wood mod, and the form factor is so comfortable in the hand compared to a metal mod. Plus now they'll have sub-ohm capability and you can wash it in the kitchen sink if you need to. Not to mention hoople-proof SS adjustable 510 and gold-plated contacts, maybe a brass firing button...aaaaahhh!!! its all too much! :D

Saving me pennies for a Reo. Should happen this year. I follow the goings-on in this forum closely.

Resin Reo along with "hoople-proof SS adjustable 510 and gold-plated contacts".

This is going to be a good year for me.

Savings? There is no savings in this house...only spending. A transmission estimate was $1870 but household budget and my vaping budget are two different things. But just in case I hope resin and wood can be bought in the same sale and shipped together....no sense testing that whole budget separation with DW.
