I rebuilt a wick/coil for my Killer a couple days ago. It was my first silica &/or NR wire build & it came out at 1.5 Ohms & vapes great. Now, after going thru a few tanks of 50/50 juice it's reading 2.3. Can any of you killer experts give me an idea what might be happening here? It's still vaping great...is it getting gunked up maybe? I dry burned it w/no effect BTW. - LOST

How is the negative wire secured on them? On my Dripper Pro, the top cap captures it when threaded on. If you close the juice control all the way does the resistance go back down to normal? It sounds like a loose connection to me and they usually happen on the negative leg, the positive is held by the ceramic cup.

Thanks. No change when I tightened down the feed control but a bad connection there seems like a real possibility. Especially since I haven't checked the tightness of those threads since I first put it together & I've been tinkering w/the feed control as I refill. I didn't think gaining that much resistance could be normal, but this is my first dance w/the 705. - Thanks again.
