[Resolved]Smokeless Image weeks of frustration

I read the reddit FAQ and starter guide, read about the wonderful recommendations of smokeless image and how good the volt was. I tried to order, but was shown as out of stock, contacted customer service asking when it would be back in stock, got told they had them but their website was experiencing problems and it should be fixed soon.

Few days later I noticed it was back in stock, ordered right away, I ordered the pro starter kit with some blank cartos and was really excited. when my package came, It was missing the PCC completely, they sent me a rainbow instead of black batteries. Ok, mistakes happen, I contacted customer service, told them the problem, they got back to me a few days later, then a few days later sent the PCC and a black battery.

Over a week after I ordered I get what I had paid for, my PCC had finally come, but it won’t charge my manual battery. Contact customer service again, few days pass, hear nothing, send another email, get a reply a few days later, telling me they forwarded it to their boss and I’ll be hearing from him that day. Day comes and goes, four days pass and send another email, they apologize and say they’ll send me another pcc and battery.

Almost 4 weeks have passed and I still don’t have a working setup from smokeless image. I sent an email to customer service again, telling them that I still have the same problem and now almost 30 days later, after all the headaches, problems and completely disgusting customer service, I give up. I guess they have to since they never replied back to me.

I completely agree that is unacceptable. I have responded to you via private email and hope everything will be addressed to your satifaction.

Spam folders checked daily, nothing, just poor communication. I understand that it's a busy time of the year for your company, but almost 30 days of this nonsense? :what:

Sent an email to you earlier today, hopefully we get this sorted out.
